The guy who checked me out went above and beyond to ensure that the trailer fit my truck properly and helped get things situated very well. Very nice guy.

Took 25 minutes to check in even though I had already done the online check in because he couldn't get the computer to work. Was short and rude. Same individual when I dropped off. Zero help and again short and rude. The online drop off was a hassle and did not work well. Will certainly never pick up a U-Haul or buy anything from that location again.
