PATRICK RIt was closed so difficult to say what it was like inside but the outside did not look like most locations
Robert GStaff at this location was great. Answered phone when I called twice. Allowed me to adjust scheduled pick up date/time with short notice, I will rent again from NW Rentals. Only negative is UHaul App I downloaded from play store. Kept getting errors stating "Something went wrong on our end, please try again in a few minutes" Spent almost 2 hours un-installing and reinstalling App. Huge time waster for me. Was able to set up account after using chat help and getting a different link sent to my email. App is not intuitive and I can't set a home rental site. This would be my only complaint as I like UHaul equipment. Made well and is reliable. Thank you for soliciting feedback. A.
