excellent service, Brian was very helpful & had the unit greased & well maintained. consider using LED lights on tow dolly, bulbs fail often due to vibration.

WALLEY HWas told to bring truck back to Digby location- that is no longer a U Haul dealer. Please update that info online. Made for an unnecessary trip and excess mileage charge- which was removed after a phone call to U Haul.

Yves DAwesome job. Accomplished a whole house move across 7 provinces in one big truck without a problem. Way better than having to buy a truck and trailer at one end and then having to dispose of them both at the other. Way less than the movers. Job done.

Mary LThere was a U haul depot (station) in Yarmouth in the beginning of the year2021, but recently when I went to find one it was disappeared. The nearest one was almost 40 minutes away from this main town.

TODD AI had to use this location because there was not one in Yarmouth. And so I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to bring back the truck and then you charged me 7 extra miles. Yarmouth is a big city. It should have a facility.

WAYNE WFirst thing we never had very much notice , less than 24 hrs that our pick up area changed !! We had to pick up it was 1hour and 20 minutes away from our home . We was not happy with the extra expenses in fuel that we had to spend !! Also I had booked the smallest truck and we ended up with the next size up which added to our fuel cost . Not really satisfied with UHaul and if we need to use this company again I would like some discount or a refund for the inconvenience .

Alan JNeeds better customer service. Talked to the guy multiple times about my booking, showed up the time he said he was open at and waited a half hour before finally calling, they then couldn't get the system to work and had failed to give us some information. Ended up leaving without the uhaul and calling uhaul themselves. They then resolved the issue and we returned to get the uhaul which still took longer than it should have as these people clearly don't have much organization or a clue of what they are doing.

Dharminderpal SImprove your vehicles. The truck I got was not what I reserved. Ended up with a bigger truck. It was no newer than 2009. It's age and milage showed. Very loud and rough. There was a newer truck there but I could not get it. Likely cost me a lot more in fuel than it would have for a smaller or newer vehicle.

JERRY KThere was no body there Saturday morning. The sign on the door said 8:00 am start. It appears they came in on Monday. I contacted U-Haul Saturday before noon to ensure I dropped off the Truck, Tow Dolly, and Auto Transport. By 10:30 am. The truck was a day early and the trailers on time. Truck was at 3/8 versus 1/2. Because we were in NS we could not get more fuel for 14 days.
Randy CHad no issues at all. Needed to add an extra day and that was as easy as making a quick phone call to extend time. Did not use online service but I would think it would be easy also. Very pleased with the experience.
brian SVan was in fine shape. We had an issue uploading our photos of some cosmetic damage to UHaul and the vendor waited patiently with us until it was resolved and even supplied a local phone number to use. Would use again no problem.
Neil MThis location has almost no cell phone service. I had tried to take pictures of fuel to submit as requested and I could not get enough service to submit the picture
Dylin CThe only issue we had is that we could not complete necessary paperwork at the location where we picked up the truck. I do not have data on my phone and the owner did not know his email password so I had to go home and complete the paperwork and then go pick up the truck. This wasted a lot of time.
