The web app is confusing. I have worked in software for 30 years and I had trouble checking the truck out. I called support, one person hung up on me, I had to be transferred twice. There was no one at the location and they had to come there for me. I lost so much time in order to get the actual truck. There used to be a location in Digby but now there is not and I had to drive 40 min each way and pay for that ridiculous distance.
