Charged me for an appliance dolly then tells me when going to the truck they do not have one. I asked the person at the location to move another truck so I could get out. They tell me they can get the truck out, so they try and hit two other trucks in the process.

JOHN RWe were very disappointed that it took 1 hour and 6 minutes to figure out how to check out the truck. We rented it for a Sunday. After battling the app for a long while, we were finally able to speak to someone after a very long hold who walked us through the process. I cannot understand why the rep did not seem surprised when she told us that is is better to use uhaul.com in lieu of the uhaul ap. It really was frustrating that it took so long. The customer representative was helpful but I feel like we wasted a whole lot of our morning. The price is actually very reasonable. Merci!

David DThe truck was a piece of shit. The rear door locked up and broke 30min into having it. A mechanic came out and fixed it, which was very nice. However, everyone else was rude. I'd love to get my $200 back. Especially when the staff knew there was a problem with the truck and no one mentioned it.
NOAH HInside cab of truck was dirty. Spilled liquid inside cup holders had dried and sticky. Food crumbs on cabin floor.

Otis FTook a long time to get into lock box and when I finally did there was no key!! Took over an hour trying to figure out on the phone an available truck and they had to down grade me. I had the truck specifically scheduled and was on a tight time frame and U-haul messed up the day completely

THOMAS AAt least gas up the Uhaul! I put $75 of gas in it, when I got it, the Uhaul the gas light was on!!! I put more gas in it than when I got it and turned it in!!! I returned it a little less than 1/4 tank and still got a $48 gas charge!!! U charged me $4,75 a gallon when gas is $3.19. Uhaul is a greedy price gauging company!!! Pathetic!!! I think I will look for another company to do business with!!! And no I will not recommend u to anyone else!!!

Michael RThe experience with getting info was not good. Never were we all on the same page as to what insurance options are offered and what we got. Day of pickup we were greeted with no smile. "You almost missed your reservation as we only hold them for an hour!" We weren't told this and were treated like it was an issue to be picking up at all although the lot was full of rentals. We were pitched the keys with no conversation as to what was needed to do online. Conversation goes a long way and there was no service with a smile. Failed customer service. The UHaul performed as expected.

William SThere was pop spilled on the floor under the paper mats, which of course I had to clean, so I did not get charged. There was garbage and a protein shake underneath the seat, that I had throw out. It was raining the whole time on my over 5 hour drive. During this drive, the rain was leaking on my shoulder. I was soaked.
LORI HI had a gas leak. The seal or patch that covered the drilled hole in this moving van had been poorly sealed. I lost 30 dollars of fuel cause it had to leak out before starting my move. And I lost 3 hours of time. Had someone checked this unit out they may have seen the hole. Needless to say disappointed needless to say.
Michael DWould Not even check the unit in . No customers, bunch of kids sitting behind the desk . Just told me to park the truck and leave the keys in the night drop box and I'm good to go. Then turned around and changed me $25 extra for fuel. I had just filled it back to the required level. Pretty shady business. I want a refund back. They should have walked the unit with me and went over everything. Not my fault they were too lazy to go outside during regular hours and inspect the unit.

Mark DOur truck had a faulty back door. Had to call roadside assistance to have them replace the cables that hold the door. This issue was very obvious when we tried to open and close the door for the first time. If the truck was inspected by the shop before re renting this issue could have been avoided. It put a two hour delay in my day. A refund or partial refund would be appropriate. Merci.

EDWARD CYou need to install better side rails to attach strapping. Not the renter dealers fault but uhaul needs better strapping. This was totally unusable for my rental and made ut nearly impossible to secure my load. Not sure who came up with this design but no wat to secure items.
Steven SThe lady in the office doing the rental was super efficient, doing two rentals at a time, and the young lady doing equipment check ins and trailer hook ups was very nice and courteous. Will use this location again.
