Only issue the trailer license plate was was not what was on my paperwork. That was corrected very quick though.

JOHN RWe were very disappointed that it took 1 hour and 6 minutes to figure out how to check out the truck. We rented it for a Sunday. After battling the app for a long while, we were finally able to speak to someone after a very long hold who walked us through the process. I cannot understand why the rep did not seem surprised when she told us that is is better to use uhaul.com in lieu of the uhaul ap. It really was frustrating that it took so long. The customer representative was helpful but I feel like we wasted a whole lot of our morning. The price is actually very reasonable. Thanks!
