The staff is phenomenal!!! I got a complete walk through of the truck inspection and how to operate it. I was nervous about pulling the tow dolly, he put me at ease, again, he explained everything. Best service I have experienced in any facility (retail , fast food, etc) in a long time!!

James HCustomer service was great! Everything was explained thoroughly. I was issued a larger truck because the smaller one I ordered was unavailable, at the same rate. But the engine light was on and the transmission was questionable. I would recommend cuz of mgmt totally.

erica hI called customer service the same day about my experience. I was supposed to get a call from the area manager and have not. I ordered a dolly and did not get one. The vehicle had a number of mechanical concerns such as braking and gas acceleration.

Patricia KThe person there was great. It is in a bad part of town. I also did NOT pick there for my rental. I specified another location, showed up for my rental, and was told it was moved to this location. I did NOT receive a text or a call despite UHaul's insistence that I had. I also have my phone setup to block calls and texts from numbers not in my Contact list. UHaul needs to find another method of communication instead of just assuming they can change their customer's plans. I ended up driving more miles(which they billed me for) to a part of town I would not go to by choice and left my help standing around waiting while I drove out of my way to get the vehicle I had reserved. UHaul did reduce the truck rental fee after I escalated the issue.
