The movers Rescue Movers Pete and partner was amazing. We never ever had a move so easy. They were so nice, on time and cared for our items. Also the Uhaul Shalita was so awesome! Great service at this location. The ladies that helped me were amazing. Only thing is the truck although very clean smelled like a large ash tray. I'm not a smoker or am I around people who smoke so the smell was bad to me. Other than that. Overall rating is a 9.

The cashier was very pleasant and her customer service was spot on. She is an asset to your company. Others should take lessons from her. This was polite, friendly and efficient. I was in on Thursday April 9, 2020 right before closing and although I was coming in late she tended to all of my needs. A real star.

Shelita was wonderful!! She immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and put me at ease after a terribly trying moving experience the day before. She handled everything confidently and efficiently and even checked out the van and adjusted the mirrors, all the while with an endearing sense of humor. Shelita is a jewel! She is the BEST Uhaul agent I have ever experienced BY FAR!!

Make sure you check the windshield on the 26 FT truck. It was raining and the front windshield leaked so bad that it got into the dash and coming out onto the floorboard. It sucked

Shilita has great customer service, you can see she truly cares. I have not been a fan of uhaul staff in the past, mostly rude and uninterested. I won't be going anywhere else for a uhaul. As long as Shilita works there I'll be booking with them.

The location itself was a storage facility so it didn't have the look and feel of a uhaul only location. But the staff was friendly and the vehicle was practically brand new so I couldn't asked for more.

Everything was going well until it took a while to check the Rental back in not only was there a delay but the check out clerk purposely delayed my wife and party waiting for me to be exact I ask my wife to recorded the incident based on her reaction to grant us the time and accuracy of closing out the account. Base on that response I will not return to that location.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They gave me a wrong dolly. I was told that the truck I got was big enough to haul my belongings. Had to make 2 trips which cost me more money. The overall service I would say it sucked

I was given a truck with under a quarter tank of gas, returned the truck with more gas when returned, then nearly charged for under a quarter tank, thankfully I took a picture to prove the situation. Also was unable to use a Uhaul gift certificate which was giving for my last Uhaul issue. I was extremely disappointed, this may be the last time I use Uhaul and there services unless something is done to improve the poor experiences.

Had an appointment at 4:45 pm to pick up the truck, but the clerk was out to lunch. Had to wait 30 mins. Didn't she know my appt time? She apologized & gave good service though. Charging $1.08 per mile usage is unfair. Last time I didn't have to pay that extra charge. I guess your policies have changed since I last rented. Location & convenience was good.

The Customer Service reps inside were really great and Friendly. They had my truck last minute which I was grateful for. The truck was really dirty inside and out, the guy that got the truck out for my didn't even know how to open the hood or check the mileage. I had to wait for him to play around with it for 10 minutes before he figured out he could find the mileage without having to put wiper fluid in the truck.

I exceed one hour my returning time cause I had An unforeseen. I know that I'll be overcharged but I think the value is too high. Double charge the fees is not correct in my opinion

When I asked to use the restroom the lady was very rude and said there wasnt one. I had to leave the property drive approx 2 blocks for the nearest restroom and return to Uhaul to rent the truck. If I had been familiar with the area I would have gone to another Uhaul location.

The truck had terrible brakes and was unsafe to drive. They also did not have the appliance dolly (which I stated I wanted on the reservation) and told me sorry its not their problem. I would not recommend this location or Uhaul anymore.

The receptionist was tired or sleepy. She made an error when processing our transaction which resulted in a decline of one of my cards, then had to hold on a different card. They didn't have the appliance dolly I ordered , so I selected the smaller one by default, which I DID NOT use. Buy she would not give refund. I'm going to use the western Avenue store next time.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend this location is because I didn't even choose this location. I called uhaul to see if I could get a 10' ft truck asap. And this location was booked for me. However, the lady clerk, and both pick up and drop off workers that helped me were very helpful. I would still make my decision on where to get a uhaul based on proximity to where I need it to minimize mileage costs.

The customer service was deplorable. The way the U-Haul employee presented himself was a totally inappropriate. However, the worst part was the truck. It was old, malfunctioning and dirty! A real shame for a company like this!

this place cheats on the gas reading. i know where the gas was upon pickup and thats where i filled it on return but still charged an additional $17+ for the gas as the person was stating its still low. bullshit! it probably cheats and the mileage as well but unfortunately i did not verify the mileage before taking off with the truck.

The direction to where to drop off the truck should be clear. I had no idea where to park the uhaul truck..The staff was very nice and helpful.

I do not remember the girls name that helped me but I will never rent a Uhaul from any other location than the one I got it at cause she is amazing and has excellent customer service skills. I don't care if I have to drive from another city to that location I only want to deal with her for all my rental needs now. Thank you Dawn south Kens wife

They were extremely rude. Before returning the truck, I put 7 gallons of gas in the truck and found out I put ~2 gallons more than needed. But upon final check, they told me I needed to pay ~8 dollars more for the gas. It turned out that the inspector couldn't tell between 3/4 and 7/8. When I insisted that they recheck the gas gauge again, the inspector just got off the the truck and told me to see for myself. I verified that it was at 7/8 and told him so. He got back in and still insisted that it was at 3/4. I calmly explained to him that the big line is the 3/4 and the current line where needle is at was 7/8. He then told me "whatever" and drove off! I went back to the office and explained to the lady what happened. But since the inspector didnt correct the fuel and just drove off, she didn't want to update the fuel charge. We argued for a few minutes until she radioed the inspector and verified that it was at 7/8. Now, the contract said that i would be reimbursed for gas that i put more than when i checked out. So i asked for credit. She told me although she signed the form that said they would reimbursed for the extra gas, their policy won't do that! It is totally unprofessional you guys won't follow the contract that YOU put in and proceeded to tell me that it was your policy. I'm not sure if this is U-Haul's policy or that small frachise was trying to make a few bucks with it. Rental rate was good but the customer service totally ruined the experience.
