I put in a U-Haul arrangement enough time ahead with a Mini van, protection and two furniture dollies. The place didn’t have the dollies, so we had to drive around trying to find a different location for the dollies. I simple call or email saying they aren’t available would have saved us time and money. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful. The man that gave me the truck was half asleep or dead. He never responded and was rude when he finally spoke.
