This location did not have proper instructions for afterhours drop off. I spent an hour in the middle of the street talking to multiple people about where I can park the large truck. In and around the lot had no parking. I had to drive around to find parking just so I can bring the truck back the next day. It was too much added stress on top of the stress of moving. The app should not have let me choose a late drop off time if that spot doesn't allow for it.

MAYRA AI returned the truck with more gas in it than when I rented it and was charged $40 extra for fuel. Upon rental the contract stated that the gauge was at 3/8 full when in fact it was slightly more than that. I drove less than 20 miles total and then added 9 gallons which put the gas gauge at half. I tried repeatedly today to call the location but the phones may have been out of order. Please contact me to correct this. There may have been an honest mistake when reading the fuel gauge. Thank you.
