Find a different location. Was inside a small market and the personnel spoke very poor English. Never came out to look at the truck and poor parking facilities.
ROBERT MThe location was in the retail area of a gas station. I didn't feel comfortable doing business to the side of the register people were buying items and gas. The area seemed not so safe so I was hyper alert trying to handle business. Not cool.
Kiwanda GThe drop off location was terrible. There wasn't a U-Haul sign. The only U-Haul truck was one I dropped off. The truck front alignment was terrible. I constantly had to hold the steering wheel to the 2 O'clock position.

Jennifer AA lot of homeless people which I usually have no issues with but when I was inside the store setting up the uhaul contract a man walked up to my wife just outside the door and put his arm around her and said some things not right. Had I witnessed this it could have been bad for me as well. Prior Special Forces and I'm not sure what I would have done if I'd seen that.

Parker BGas station was extremely difficult to find, the employee gave us the wrong name to the location, the original location had closed down, and they were allowing smoking inside and right outside the front door. A customer was intoxicated and continuing to drink the entire time we were there. The store was small and crowded. The employee kept asking me to stand to the side while he continued checking out customers. The employee did not speak English, was unhelpful, rude, and did not understand English. The truck was dirty and still had trash in it from either homeless people or the previous renter. I was credited for so many miles and was ended up charged for those miles, the drop off location was closed when I arrived to drop off the truck and I was not told beforehand that it would be so I was charged for that fee, also we had put more gas into it because we didn't know how much gas we would need so it had more gas than it did when it was picked up. The employee did not tell me about the link to do the walk around on the truck before we left and I did not know about it until we were down the road on our way to load up the truck.

KRYSTAL WAlthough busy helping customers for the locations primary business the employee there did a great job of helping me get the contract in place as I just walked in and requested a trailer. He kept the business going and helped me out! Once outside getting the trailer connected another employee came out and made sure we understood the trailer and connections and confirmed we had it all good prior to leaving. I really appreciated that.

Raymond TWe were billed a fuel charge for returning the truck with less than 1/8 of a tank left. However, I had taken photos to show that we picked up the truck with far less than an 1/8 of a tank of fuel. Indeed, the fuel was so low at pick-up that the dashboard indicator showed that I had only 20-something miles left to drive before empty. Despite showing photographically that I returned the truck with at least as much fuel as when I picked it up, I was still billed a $25,5 fuel surcharge. Whether this is the fault of the drop-off location personnel or whether it is how U-Haul does business with its customers, either way is unacceptable and a black mark against U-Haul in our experience.
Greg K"The drop-off experience was incredibly chaotic. Despite driving just 150 miles from Chattanooga, TN to Huntsville, AL, the person assisting me accused me of covering 5000 miles. It was quite frustrating as I was well aware of the additional charges for exceeding the allotted 120 miles. Moreover, I didn't appreciate the way I was treated or the fact that the representative at the gas station asked me about the truck's initial mileage when that information should have already been available to them. The lack of professionalism was disappointing."

Wesley BYour contract was not loading on my phone and I was not aware of a 125 mile limit to my reservation. As such, you guys charged me an extra 95 dollars. I will never rent from u-haul again!
james cThe association was a nice guy but was busy running the mart and wasn't focused on Uhaul. It was ok, but I was left to do everything from my phone. I'm used to a Uhaul only place where the focus is on the rental customer.

Molly SWas very disappointed in the fact that I know couldn't have driven more than 55 miles based on google maps, however they claimed I drove 63. Not a huge deal but I don't like being taken advantage of.

Khierra HUhaul worker wanted me to take pictures of the truck with his iPad and note damage if any. I refused and told him to do his job. Reluctantly he got up out of his chair with a sigh and took pics. Trucks in parking lot were grungy, dirty and mud splattered. Overall appearance of this place---I would not pickup truck and glad it was only a return. A sign in truck, $25 off rate if u return blankets folded. I folded them, asked worker, he didn't know anything about it. This place does not represent a good image 4 Uhaul.

Will HI don't think it was their fault but I wanted a 20' truck and got a 26' one which was SO much harder to drive. I will never allow U-Haul to force me into a bigger size like this again.

Katherine MPut in app that dolly was missing. Still got charged for the "missing equipment". Why ask if I agree on app if you are charging anyway? Also, my move took longer amd more work without dolly. Awful service.
Laura BI have to say that this location was Horrible. The gentleman didn't inform me of the offer of a Free month rental storage unit that I was eligible for. The truck was on Empty when he told me it was on a 1/4 of a tank. Not the case.

Kim JDrop off was at a gas station, very little area to drop off the trailer. There were no visible signs for uhaul, just saw a couple trucks on the side of the building and went in to ask where the uhaul drop off was.

James HGet addresses correct of what location to pick up from. Get the name of the location of the truck correct. YOUR website sucks and took me and the store clerk almost 45 minutes to get it to work correctly to check in. Had to scan license 6 times before it would take it. Never could login to website using email or phone number. Very POOR website! Truck was clean and ready to go though. Truck was great! Website not so much! Would use again but only if I went to an actual U-Haul official site and not a contractor.
Nina TThe UHAUL provider did not have any of the furniture pads that I paid for, and I was still charged for them. The uhaul truck also had laundry detergent spilled all over the floor. Will not use again.
Adam GThis location did not clean the truck we picked up there was some sort of oil in the back of the truck and my husband and myself almost fell multiple times. The can of the truck had not been cleaned and smelled strongly of cigarettes. There was also some kind of black residue I. The truck which got all over my mattress even with a mattress bag on it.
Samantha PThe truck was not clean and there were furniture pads in the bed of the truck that was just thrown in there. The bed was not swept out. The truck was parked in a spot where it was nearly impossible to get a 26 ft truck out and it delayed my trip by an hour or so. The gentleman had to move another truck so I could try to get the truck out on my own. Otherwise no assistance was offered. No utility dolly was in the truck and I had to find a dolly in another truck to use.
MEREDITH CThere was no key drop box visible. I took the key home to protect myself & the uhaul. I had to take it back the next morning, which was on the way to work & no real trouble, but a box would be helpful.
Dave MUpon arrival the truck keys could not be located. The gentleman called someone no one answered after multiple attempts. After waiting twenty-six minutes someone else was called to ask the whereabouts of the keys. I was finally handed the keys at 11:21 from a 10:30 appointment. As I was leaving the parking lot a very rude gentleman stopped me to do more work on an iPad to clear the account which took another 11 minutes. He stated to me that I should've already done that; my return statement to him was: am I suppose to do what is stated as your job. If the keys were placed where they should have been I wouldn't even have to see you whomever you maybe SIR. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with U-Haul.
Samantha CThe location was a small cramped neighborhood store. Nothing really wrong, but did not seem to be a primary focus of the business. Attendant was nice and friendly but seemed to be less knowledgable as to how to handle the drop off. Do appreciate the location, but would have preferred to work with a party where truck rental is the primary business focus.

Lynn GIt was not a Uhaul center, but rather a store that had uhaul equipment. Not my favorite place. The girl working inside was nice and pleasant.

JEFFREY BThe front desk person was very rude and was talking on the phone on speakerphone the entire time I went to pick up my keys. She also told me that as long as I filled up the gas tank I wouldn't be charged extra. To be safe I filled up the gas tank more than when I received it and I was still charged so much more than 19,99 as advertised. The unprofessional nature of this establishment makes me think that they reported that gas wrong or at a different time and then I got screwed. I will be looking for other ways to move belongings between all of my other properties. This was terrible.
Matthew LTrailer was dirty. Location not in a safe part of town. No one available to hook up the trailer. Clerk was very helpful but she was the only one at the gas station , so there is only so much she could do. She would not have been able to lift the 6 by 12 trailer, even if she had someone else to watch the store.
GARY GMy son in law returned the truck. He stopped and filled tank above the required amount on his way. They said the fuel was 8 gallons short and charged me an additional $64.00. My son in law took a picture of the gauge showing both mileage and fuel. We returned to this location as a friendly jester even as it was across town. I felt I had been taken advantage of and will not us UHaul again.
