The proprietor was very helpful, professional and patient. It's a small gas station, full of drinks, snacks,etc. A number of patrons came in while we were finalizing the paperwork. They were obviously regulars - a good sign because you can really go anywhere to a snack while refueling - here the banter was easy and the owner kept things moving with a smile. Truck was ready to go when we arrived and the location made it easy to get on the road. Nice folks.
Frances TMy issue isn't so much with the location. However... the app and uhaul itself. Not very user friendly. The chat system didn't work what so ever, and the app. Don't get me started on the app. Nothing would load or go through. I could register nothing, no pictures before or after. Then I was told this was a 24/7 drop location... it was not. Spent over 45 mins looking for a key drop just to have to call into uhaul customer service to find out there isn't one. I then had to go back out of my way the next morning to drop the key off... then was charged an extra $71.00... this rental was a nightmare.
Kodi OThe truck had a badly patched hole in the roof, that was unnoticeable until it started raining and leaked water all over my belongings. I will be reaching out to uhaul customer service today.
Lashunda SCheck vehicle prior to renting this truck, it was clean but ran rough didn’t seem to be shifting on time and had a burn hole between (in middle)driver and passenger seat.
