William HMake it easier for someone get ahold of someone at the Ursula agency in Cache Creek with a phone number in case you have problem with your pick up
Gerald MWhen I moved, they sent me to a drop off location that was no longer in business, so I had to make a 100 km detour. 2 months later they charge me $300 because I went over my mileage. What the heck u-haul???
James Thours are not posted, personnel was not there at 4:30 Friday or again at 09:00 Mondaycausing me to take the vehicle home on friday using more gas and more mileage which in turn was an additional charge on return. not impressed
Bradley WThere was no one there!! Called the number and it was not available. Called your dispatch and they got someone to come see us. She was the bar tender. Did the best she could but essentially not her job.

Briar KThis is the third time I've dropped a truck at this location. It's not unusual to have to use the drop box for the key. Easy to find and the emailed receipt shows up within a few hours.

kevin hNo one at location, even when office was open. Waited 30 minutes, no one on site. Dropped trailer, left phone message. Never received call back about dropped trailer. Not sure how anyone could get a rental at this location with no one working there.

Burnis TIt was a little confusing as to where to drop the rental. No signs, but an employee showed up quickly and was very pleasant.

Tom CHad to leave my car behind as they did not have a car Dolly to tow behind truck and very little time to find one.When your moving at the end of the month everything has to enlign.Since I booked a week before I should have been notified days before so I could cancel truck and make other plans.

JODY LThere was a number to call which I did. I was told to drop the trailer off by the other trailers and they would email me paperwork later in the day. I was not sent anything. Not very professional..
Greg BThe location manager was not on site and I had to wait. It took an hour to get the document ready, which I had applied online for. When it came to driving the truck it had a strong marijuana smell , for which I am highly allergic to.

susan pThe operator went far and above good service to help us out of a difficult situation. We contacted him after our personal truck broke down and we needed a rental to get us to our destination. He came in on a Sat. evening to assist.

Alison CThere was no one to drop off a key to, and no sign to tell you where to go. We walked into the pub to ask and he said that the guy wasn't available so we left it with him. I told him about the trolly missing but also, the truck would rev high and it made me nervous to be driving.
