Make it easier for someone get ahold of someone at the Ursula agency in Cache Creek with a phone number in case you have problem with your pick up
Gerald M.When I moved, they sent me to a drop off location that was no longer in business, so I had to make a 100 km detour. 2 months later they charge me $300 because I went over my mileage. What the heck u-haul???
James T.hours are not posted, personnel was not there at 4:30 Friday or again at 09:00 Mondaycausing me to take the vehicle home on friday using more gas and more mileage which in turn was an additional charge on return. not impressed
Bradley W.There was no one there!! Called the number and it was not available. Called your dispatch and they got someone to come see us. She was the bar tender. Did the best she could but essentially not her job.
