Reserved a utility dolly. They didn't have one but was told I had to purchase one for 49.00. The dolly was scuffed and scratched and looked like it had been used but I was desperate. When I noticed that the truck I reserved did not have a ramp I told them I could not use the dolly and wanted a refund. He said he would give me a truck that did have a ramp. It was not until after I left the lot and got to my location that I noticed that I was charged 10 dollars more without them telling me. I feel like I was ripped off. The mileage was not correct. The gas marked was not correct. I will not use this location again.

CHRISTOPHERJOSEP A.I rented an appliance dolly because the reason I needed this vehicle was to move some appliances. The location did not have the appliance dolly and so this made the job of moving the appliances extremely difficult. This is the second we rented from U-Haul and they did not have what I rented. The first time I had to drive an hour away to get the trailer I rented.
Roquemore S.Equipment desired not available. Reserved additional equipment in the form of dollies and they were not available. Truck ran poorly customer service was excellent at the location however.

I arrived earlier than expected but the trailer was there, it took only 3-4 minutes to check in, the staff hooked up my trailer in the pouring rain and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. The nice lady at the desk was friendly and interactive. Masks were required as well as distancing. Hand wash/spray materials available. Definitely a great place to rent a U-Haul. I even completed the project and returned the trailer a day early and they issued me a partial refund!!! Great experience overall!!!

David D.I used a van to move a tv. Had the van hours. I was charged 25 dollars for cleaning. How unclean can a tv in a box make a van driven with no passenger. I dont recommend this location. The van was returned as checked out. They are waiting for the next guy to charge extra for renting out a van

Andrew S.When office personnel leave to go out on the lot a phone number should be post at the door and that employee should have the phone with them and answer it. I had a 3 pm pick schedule, arrived 10 minutes early and found door locked. The phone number posted on the door, when I called multiple times no one answer. The employee finally came back to the office at 3:10 pm. So I waited outside for about 20 minutes.

John P.More than half of the lights on the trailer were not working. When I called this location to report it and try to get it resolved I was told that I had to get the 1800 number from the email they did not have it on hand to give to me. They seem to not care for my safety towing their trailer. When I returned it to this site they wanted to know all about the lights and then resolve it. Is safety a concern to uhaul?

roger G.Signs weren't visible. I thought I was in the wrong place. I asked was this uhaul when I walked in and she rudely pointed to a small uhaul sign near the bottom of the door amidst many larger signs on the door. And rudely said there's a sign there and one there! I continued to get a rude attitude throughout the whole ordeal

She kept losing the information in the computer, and even though I did an per-registration on line, she kept asking for the information which was in the computer. It took over an hour to get the trailer, and meanwhile, the line was backing up behind me. Maybe it is not the attendants fault. Maybe she wasn't trained properly.
