DANIEL B.When I got there at 4:30 PM on Friday the door was locked and no one was there. The business was supposed to be open until 5 PM. I do a self check in as that was all I could do. I talk to a lady in the next door business And she told me the person had left for the day. But everything was completed and the truck was returned.

CHRIS S.Was not happy about doing it on phone ext,,, I was there picking it up for 45 minutes,even when I dropped off my van another lady picking up was also there for an hour waiting for a CSR to help her. I get it that the owners can't be there 24/7,but us not computers people have a hard time,I'm still old school for many things.. but the owner talked to me on phone and walked me through it, but again too long of a process,. Other than that dropping an off my sister did it on my phone. Location great owner friendly,I've used him many times in past but he did the computer stuff

The gentleman at the Oconomowoc location is always friendly and helpful.

My name was added as an additional driver, but when I got there, they said I was not added even though my Manager called and confirmed how to do it, and they said they could see it. The vehicle was tilted and pulled to the right before it was even loaded. When I went to return it after hours, the app did not work. I also put in gasoline before I returned it and it was exactly where it was when I picked it up. They charged me a fuel surcharge and argured with me that I did not add gasoline. The customer service was not very friendly at all.
