Dean is AMAZING! He's so very helpful. I needed a truck to rent so furniture movers could move some furniture from my apartment to a storage unit. My mom had passed away the day before so I wasn't thinking clearly. He made renting an easy experience and he also set up a future truck for me to take my stuff from storage unit up to my home in Minneapolis. He also explained the sale of used packing materials and boxes. Again, very appreciative of his suggestions. Dean also gave me the names and numbers of (4) furniture movers so that was so great. Dean is a great employee/owner for this UHaul location! I hope he never retires :)

STEVE RThe Oconomowoc location and Deano are great. The U-Haul app, however, is pathetic. This is the second time using it and both times I have had issues with it. It is non-responsive and makes it appear as if the return is complete when it isn't. I'm glad I only live 5 minutes away, because I have needed to return to the location both times to complete my return.
