The Owner was very helpful as Uhaul attempted to have me drop off the trailer at a different location. I specifically told them I wanted to drop it off at O'Henrys. Two days into the rental Uhaul texted me telling me to take it 25 miles further away or I could be charged a penalty. The Owner called and told them he was accepting the trailer and i was not penalized.

I was pleased with how quickly they were able to process my reservation, get me hooked up and get me on the road. I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely rent a trailer from them again. Juan S.Where to start; ordered 1 appliance dolly and 2 hand trucks. Dolly was there with no note that it was for us, just sitting next to the building so we took it, only 1 hand truck and it had a broken wheel. Also ordered 24 moving blankets. A jumbled pile of 10 was found on the porch of their building, again with no notes that it was ours, we took them as well. There was a gooseneck trailer blocking us from getting the truck out of its parking spot. Took 3 attempts to free the truck. Absolutely would not recommend this Uhaul location to anyone but Alqueda.

The gentleman who worked with me was great but the cost tied to miles, and in my rental case the beginning miles were wrong so the price went up even more, drove the total cost way higher than it should have been.

Javier R.Picking up the rental truck through the box was a mess. Location services was “on†on my phone but I was unable to get the uhaul website to detect my location. I finally got it to work on my wife's phone. I then had to resubmit all the info I had already provided in person when reserving the truck, details about me, copy of drivers license, etc…. This whole process was about a frustrating 30 min. Then when I finally received the code for the box, the key was missing from inside. I had to wait another 20 min for the owner to drive to the location and give me the key. Then when I dropped off the truck, the website tried to charge me for 3 days when I only had it for two.

KENNETH K.I've used U-Haul for over 20 years throughout moves (large and small) and picking up large items when they wouldn't fit in our car. This has, hands down, been the absolute worst experience. The usage of a clunky app, and dishonesty amongst employees combind with VERY poor customer service have caused me and my family, and everyone I'll recommend to look at alternatives to this awful company. I tried to give it a second chance by calling customer service, but that completely backfired and made the situation worse. You just lost a loyal customer.

Keith W.Jack accepted my auto hauler when two other U-Haul dealers wouldn't. That's sad when you make an appointment to drop off equipment only to find out the dealers won't accept it. Someone should have checked the contracts to see what the limitations of dealers are before allowing customers to select their locations as drop-off points. Jack was a great help and thus, I dropped my 26-foot Supermover off at his lot instead of anywhere else. Bully for him ... sad for everyone else.

U-Haul stated that I could drop off in comfort at Karr Docc which turned out to be a pitch black muddy lot with no access in the middle of nowhere 50 miles from my destination. I was unable to drop off there and ended up having to store the trailer overnight. Then after 3 different customer service calls, because apparently it's up to me to tell them which locations accept drop offs, I finally found this one that was an hour away. In the time I wasted dropping off a one way trailer I could have just taken it back to Houston.

Kyle C.The trailer came undone while loading the car and hit the tailgate of the truck. At drop off we brought to the attention of the gentleman that hooked it up. He asked ‘did I have the lever down?' Then after speaking with him and saying he'd report it, took pictures of the hitch and apparently not the truck. He uploaded the pictures and claimed they were taken at pick up. This is not true. He admitted to both myself and Mark who was helping me that day, ‘ I didn't take pictures when you picked it up' ……. ‘I should have taken them.' I filed the claim and complaint and have not heard anything back from anyone in 3 days!!! This is absolutely unacceptable! Ricardo M.It was apparent that this location was very new with regard to U-Haul. The location operator smoking a cigar, was not familiar with the system and did not have the additional equipment I had requested with my reservation. I was asked to go to a different location to get the additional equipment.
