Informed the place of the issues with the trailer. They stated they would get it looked out. However, I believe I should have received some sort of compensation for having a malfunctioning trailer, this did not happen and was not offered. I did not push for it though, only let them know the issues.

I really appreciated the management working with me. The trailer was ready and clean! Service was perfect and being able to drop it off after hours was fantastic!
MICHAEL HMy fourth trip to this location. I called them and said I would need to turn in truck later than expected. I was charged for 24 hrs. for having the truck 6 hours over checkin time. I used the data sheet on the contract sheet to fill the truck with gasoline but was charged for not filling it up properly. Used the same checkin routine for all four trucks I used but this time everything was wrong. Maybe Penske will work with me next time.
