I did not receive my refund for fewer miles traveled from what I can see. Please make sure you walk to the truck and receive a written receipt from the staff. It was raining and I did not want to make him walk outside.

Mileage on truck was 10000 miles off what they said it was to begin withThey did not give me a refund on either item and then when I tried to return the truck the app wouldn't let me mobile return the truck and the store was closed so I got charged a late fee.

Eileen VargoskoMy only feedback is that I know I requested 2 types of dollies in my order, but only got one. Since I did a mobile check in before the store opened I couldn't rectify the issue without really messing up my schedule so I had to make do with just the one dolly. It made my move a lot harder and it even ended up taking longer. When I got back he said that it was probably removed because they didn't have it. I wish they would have called me to let me know so I could've made other arrangements. And I would have appreciated the $50 credit your guarantee promises since my request was unable to be filled. Other than that everything else with the service was great.

Diandre TaylorI waited for three hours before I was able to pick up a trailer due to computer issues. Then the chain for me to connect to my truck for the clothes in trailer did not fit. So they rigged it to my truck, so it was able to work for me which was very unsafe. On my return, there was a pregnant girl, trying to help me unhook my trailer, but was on helpful. There was no man on duty that day, which was very unsafe for the pregnant girl. So as a customer, I unhook the trailer for her and asked for a lift to take it off the hook of my truck

royalhouse chapelHorrible. This distribution center should be burnt to the ground. I arrived at 8 am (the time I indicated in the system) and was unable to access my truck until 9. The information sent did not inform me how to access my key and I was on hold with customer service for 40 minutes until it hung up on me. When I called back, they finally gave me the correct info to access my key. Later that day I was finally given information regarding gas. I decided to put $15 bucks worth of gas in the tank. Later, I saw you all tried to charge me a 30 dollar "gas maintenance fee" and then a 15 dollar "fuel fee." I appealed this on my initial response. You all are a horrible business that has a chokehold on the moving truck industry and it's sad that we all have to be slaves to your corruption.

Charles OdellTruck was extremely dirty and gas was on empty. Had to go to a gas station and fill it up to a quarter of a tank just to be able to use. This was just plain bad experience.
