I rented a dolly and a dozen moving blankets which were not in the truck when I came to do mobile pick up and they weren't going to tell me if I hadn't noticed. Mileage on truck was 10000 miles off what they said it was to begin withThey did not give me a refund on either item and then when I tried to return the truck the app wouldn't let me mobile return the truck and the store was closed so I got charged a late fee.

They didn't put the furniture pads in the truck that I was supposed to have to move and the pick up was scheduled after hours so I couldn't get them in time for the move. Very disappointed.
