MICHAEL CIt was questionable whether or not I was going to be able to leave with a loaded truck and Auto Hauler. The auto hauler was there but my car was not on it. Fortunately for me the manager was still on site to load my car. Had he not been there the person who made the arrangements was not capable of helping me load the car. And there was no one there the rest of the day. Also, the gas level was marked incorrectly. The gauge read between 1/2 and 3/4 but the sheet was marked 3/4 of a tank. I received a call from a U-Haul representative named Steven (or Stephen) who told me he would make it read at 1/2 tank and add 100 miles. He told me these changes wewre going in my rentals records, i.e. to follow my trip. More on that below.

victoria bAlso had to fight to drop off here due to uhauls inability to follow simple directions. This was the agreed upon drop off location that uhaul changed to another state 45 minutes away.

The office was closed on December 26 I was in the parking lot booking and didn't realize they were closed, a lady comes out and tells me to come in and finish my booking she noticed I was in the car taking a selfie trying to upload it, She told me they were closed today but she happened to stop by office briefly. She was a whole Blessing, very nice, and Full of Joy, She is an awesome worker.

Made sure all equipment was operating properly, especially the lights. Very friendly, welcoming and polite and quick. There was no issue in returning the trailer sooner than expected. They helped un-hitch the trailer when we brought it back.
