Open longer hours for check in. Got charged for more time than I used the truck. Shoukd have cameras or trackers to avoid any after hours drop off confusion.
Awesome folks that rented me the U Haul. Very nice and courteous. Truck was ver clean and everything was explained well. I will definitely use this location again.

I really appreciate PHN Services for being there, I wish U-Haul would have directed me to this business to start with, instead of sending me to a business location that was closed and cost me road time.
I really liked that the key drop was in plain view and we did not have to search around for it! This made drop off a breeze!
We rented a smaller truck but was contacted two days before we were to pick it up that it wouldn't be available. A larger truck was offered at the same price to be picked up from a different location. A discount should have been offered to defer the additional gas the larger truck was going to use.
PHN had the truck I needed, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Pickup and return of vehicle was painless.

I have moved six times in the past dozen years, and I have visited many U-Haul dealers. This was the fastest and easiest, and the best I believe, experience I've ever had. This is a great place to get a truck, and it was easy to maneuver in the lot. I'd recommend this spot to anyone looking to pick up or drop off.
Even though I had a reservation(made 2 wks in advance) I had to drive 50 miles to pick up the size truck I wanted. I did not know RESERVATIONS were on a 1st placed basis. So, reservations are not really reservations.
I was super well pleased with this location and dealer there on south Lafayette st Shelby Nc .... out 1 - 10 I would have to rate them with A 10 .... Thank you, sincerely Ronald Jenkins

Highly recommend PHN Services! The gentlemen were complete professionals. They loaded the truck quickly and tied everything down. Absolutely nothing shifted. Everything arrived intact and when you're driving the interstate, hitting every pothole along the way, that's quite an accomplishment! These guys really know what they're doing!
The vehicle was very “bouncy “. I don't know if it's shocks or springs but on interstate it would bounce around so much that it sometimes felt like you couldn't control it. The location and the people there were great and very helpful. Thanks Michael Greene
