First of all the lady working at the desk was un organized and lied about the gas fuel not being filled all the way up in the uhaul when I know it was fueled up when I dropped it off clean and on time someone there had to drive it un professional I will not recommend this place for a drop offANTONIA S.

That place is not really business company it just like pick up from car wash area and it alright. Also not have sent email for take pictures truck around if have damaged but I did save pictures some few damage that someone did happen when I go ready pick up truck.RYAN P.

I would recommend this location to a friend because in my time of need they were available. But I do have some issues with that company. 1. They do not answer their phone, I called and called nobody answered. 2. The gal who helped me was not well-versed or educated with certain highlight points of the contract. 3. When I returned the trailer on Father's Day they were just closing up early and I asked the owner if I could get a receipt for returning the equipment and he told me that his employee had already put it into the system. I called U-Haul on Monday and Tuesday after Father's Day to see if the equipment was back in the system and it was not per your customer service reps. The reason why I was checking to see if it was back in your system was because the rental company did not give me a receipt and I did not want them charging me for an extra day or two claiming I had not brought it back yet. I think they could learn to do a better job with communicating to the customers and receive more training and education on the contract. But I am very thankful they had the piece of equipment I needed. Thank you U Haul ðŸ'CHRIS H.
Small location only one U-Haul truck is there and I waited around 15 minutes while they figure out where the key was. Overall the first cashier at the car wash/ uhaul rental was fair and the other who took over was confusing the situation and relayed my visit.Natalia A.
Customers should not be allowed to schedule reservations that are beyond closing time if the site will not honor said reservation time. If the site cannot accommodate there should be AT LEAST 24 hours notice to make the appropriate arrangements. Also UHaul should not advertise 24/7 availability if that is not possible.Hugo R.

The process to pickup the uhaul truck almost 40 minutes. Also, no instructions were given for return. I returned after hours and property was locked up with no drop box. I had to leave the truck on the street and return the key the following day. And, it appears I have been charged for 2 days of rental when I actually returned after 12 hours of use and the insurance charge was double billed.Scott R.
Right rear view mirror requires the driver place his head at the windshield. Needs to be readjusted. The car wash chief required I back up 30 feet and exit through the entrance. He would not let me drive forward through an empty car wash stall and out the exit. Location was 6 miles from the place I made the reservation and the notice came as I drove to pick up the truck. Had to wait for the person coordinating the rental to arrive. No recompense for time, gasoline and inconvenience.JOHN G.
To make sure person working front desk, and trying to work uhaul desk has help, it took for ever to get our uhaul , but she was vary nice, and i felt sorry for her.JUANITA M.

There is no capability for checkin receipt or receipt when the truck was returned. It will be better if there is some form of confirmation in paper when the truck is returned (other than taking a photo of the truck).Prasit V.
