Your web booking system needs an overhaul! First, trailer was supposedly avai at one location. Then, you changed it and called me. The, the morning of my rental, I got another notice that it was at a 3rd location. The 2nd location fulfilled my order. Thank goodness I didn't go to the other, which is 15-20 miles away!

Instructions said to take and upload pictures of the interior of the cab and cargo area and where I parked the truck. Took pictures, but the check-in process didn't say how or where to upload the pictures.

Joseph R.The person in charge was passive aggressive with me for something I had no control over. I returned the truck on time per my agreement. Uhaul corporate did something goofy with my reservation and changed it to be 24 hrs (i needed it and had booked it for 5 days) at the last minute, but the place i picked it up from said they fixed it, and i verified that on the receipt uhaul sent me. The person i returned the truck to implied that i caused him issues by not returning the truck after 24 hrs, which had nothing to do with me and everything to do with uhaul's own backend management. The customer should be the last person who gets that kind of energy from a company, especially when i did everything as asked and had to overcome uhaul's errors myself to ensure i had what i had booked 3 months earlier. I will not ever return to this location.

Online check in took 30 minutes. The app was not user friendly for online check in as we had to ask someone at the store what to do next to pick up the truck.

They stated the return time was on the contract we signed, but we signed on a little cell phone and couldn't see the contract. That is why we specifically asked what time we needed to return the truck, and were told any time within the 2nd day because the return location had a drop box for the key. That wasn't correct and we got charged!!!!!!!

The staff working had an unwelcoming demeanor as well as using an app on a smartphone that didn't appear to be professional standards which led me to feel uneasy giving personal info. When asked to clarify time reservation, the clerk responded with “the only reason why we're letting you have this truck is because you're supposed to have it back by 2â€
