Very good customer service came in and got helped right away. Was very easy rental experience and they have many trucks and trailers available will definitely rent here again

Silvia aEverything went fine except that I reserved a 15 ft truck at this location but they called less than 24 hours prior to my move to tell me they did not have one. But they had alternate locations that had 20 footers that they could upgrade me to for no charge. So I went to pacoima and picked up a 20-footer. Tire pros were very good very quick had all my information and I just signed a few papers and off we went. The entire move went smoothly the truck worked very nicely and they drop off went very easy. So just a little hiccup that wasn't that big of a problem to me and I thought you guys or U-Haul did very well. I would recommend it to another person. My experience was very good in my opinion. And it was very cost effective as well. Merci

Jose Cthe straps on the trailer were short. it looked as if someone previously let them loose and ran over a piece and it tore off. Also since that piece ripped off it was fuzzy and extremely difficult to put inside the ratchet to secure the vehicle. On the other hand the location is very clean and easy to access people are very friendly and explain everything well. Always making sure safety comes first.

HARMINDER TThe car tow dolly was defective. No mayer how I tried to back it up. The dolly always moved towards the passenger side of truck. It was broken and can only turn in ONE direction. It was the WORST experience of my Life. I paid for a defective UHaul item. I want a refund please.
