Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis1. The truck's exterior was very dirty, and the interior passenger seat had some kind of glitter on it. 2. I was told there was an area for after-hours drop-off. It took U-Haul an hour to give me permission to just leave it on the street. 3. I had an issue completing my checkout on the app, so the manager finished my transaction but added their $15 insurance without asking me. I do not recommend this location; it's the worst U-Haul experience I've had in over 20 years.
Nakia RWouldn’t change a thing, experience was as smooth as it could have went.
Adam SGreat customer service Amazing Quick and easy process
WAYNE RThe location was good, but it was not my initial choice. I originally reserved online for the Sherman Oaks location, only to be told that they do not rent out trucks. Then why is it an option online? Also, Pacoima did not have the furniture blankets, so I had to go to a different location just to get the blankets. The Pacoima location was fine and the staff there was professional, but the overall experience with U-Haul was below average.
