While the vehicle and the location were great, the UHaul app was a disaster. I had some difficulty picking the vehicle up using the app, and I was unable to get the app to accept a photo of the mileage and gas gauge when I dropped off. An hour in the cold and dark fiddling with my phone was not the way I expected the drop off to go. In the end, I called the UHaul help number and was told they would 'make a note' on my account referencing my problem, and I then dropped the key in the box and left. My receipt came this morning and everything was correct. It seems the app process is unnecessary and inconvenient?valan C.

The only problem I had at Uhaul was the time it took to check the truck in the computer. The internet kept going down, so it took almost 2 hours from the time I entered the store til we left.KIMBERLY V.

Don't put the dolly and blankets in the truck!!! When ordering you offer that option. Let people chose them. The dolly is in the way when loading as is the big wag of blankets hanging on the wall!!!Kristin B.

The 24/7 contact less pick up was frustrating beyond belief. The associate that assisted us was nice, and put up with my grumpiness. However, the verification process could have been started prior to the morning of pick-up. It delayed our move an hour and we weren't able to get everything accomplished we needed to.Maury H.

Our truck did not have the additional equipment we reserved on the truck. We attempted 4 times, to contact U-haul, at the time of pickup, but were told that there were "Technical Difficulties" and the line hung up. Approached the representative in the U-haul affiliate store, we were told there was nothing they could do. Very frustrating. Truck out of alignment.ERRIN E.
We booked the truck to be picked up in Henderson. Got there and were told we had to go to Littleton (an hour across town). Then got there and were told our reservation had been cancelled because we were past our reservation time. Had to call and have a new reservation set up and because of the location change we went over the mileage limit and were charged for that. The truck reeked of cigarettes and the wipers were not functional and the truck was dirty.Ted P.

Fix the software so that it doesn't error out on reservations and check-ins multiple times when all fields are filled and correct. The service person tried to make my reservation three times and got an error at the end each time. It must have worked one of those times because I did get a confirmation email. It errored out on me three times also when trying to check in. Again, it must have worked at least one of those times because I did get an email that my changes were saved.VAN L.

I have used this location a couple other times and was satisfied. This time it was different... I had set up the appointment well before I arrived and in the past it took two minutes to get my keys and go. Yesterday it felt like he deleted my reservation and redid everything to book me. It cut into my schedule by 20 min. Then when I returned the vehicle I realized that the gas gauge was wrong when he gave me the vehicle. He had it at 3/4 full and when I stopped to get gas it was down to 1/4 tank. I had only put 40 miles on the vehicle so I proceeded to add 6,25 gallons of gas to the truck which should have been sufficient for 40 miles. The gas gauge did not go back up to where he said it was originally. I showed him the gas receipt and he said "he did not need it" and he then proceeded to still charge me 22,12 $ on top of the 15,00 $ I had already put in the tank for 40miles. I have never had this type of problem before, but this experience was just not up to par. I will be going to another location for my future rentals. I rent a truck about once or twice a month for my staging business.JEREMY C.

After going to the county line and university location to find out we had to go to this location put us back 3 hours in our move. The uhaul only had 1/4 gas and already being late had to stop for gas. Not a fan and really would like a credit toward the 200 we paid for such a inconvenience.Jeffrey L.

Mobile pick up and drop off was HORRIBLE. Took 40 minutes to get into truck and 30 to drop it off, the system kept making us start over during each process and it was not a connection issue. Will never use again.Steven Y.

This issue is not the locations fault. However, I have called customer service and no one will call me back as promised. When I initially made the reservation I chose this location because it opens at 0700. I schedule movers to come in at 8. Once I arrived at the booked location, I was informed, after waiting in line for 23 minutes, that my reservation was sent to another location. I was not notified of this change. The new location, the one listed above, opens at 9, two hours later than what I reserved. That meant I paid for movers to stand around for an hour because we had no truck. Once I had the truck, I noticed a rattle. I just thought it was because the truck was empty. That was not the case. On our drive from the Denver Metro Area to Tyler, TX, we realized that the rattling was the passenger side door. It wouldn't close properly. The door was engaged in the lock, but it was Very lose. Not closed all the way, per say. This made for a very LOUD, uncomfortable 900 mile trip. I reported this and no one seemed to care of my horrible experience. The people at the pickup store just told me to call the 800 number, but no one ever answered that phone and a manger was supposed to return my call, but never did.Sandra G.

The location was fine that I ended up at but the process was awful. Drop off was suppose to be in Conifer when I booked via the app, instead I had to drive past our town's U-Haul location, 35 miles to Littelton to be rejected by the gas station I was scheduled to drop. After some phone calls I finally got it dropped off at the 3rd location.Benjamin H.

This is a UHaul dropoff site, but it exists in a small storefront in a shopping center with only one or two very small UHAUL signs. Difficult to find. Also leaving a returned truck in the middle of a shopping center parking lot seems odd.Gregory R.

My van had flat tires and the location was extremely busy. This made it very frustrating to deal with. Also, the mobile check in is a joke and takes way longer than renting in person.Joseph E.

The windshield wiper on the driver side was broken. Did not know this until I had to use it with all the slush on roads. It was difficult to start the truck due to a loose starter? I could not turn the key and it took several attempts, I was forced to buy a new windshield wiper while using truck. I was reimbursed for this when I turned my truck in. The gentleman that checked me in and out was very nice.Mary M.

The location that i picked it up and the customer service at that location was superb. W. Cross Littleton. I called direct and made arrangements and booking and all was good. Now the follow up from corporate uhaul or whoever decided they would intervene was very annoying and stressful. I got 3 emails telling me the truck was at a different location further south and that the truck was available for pickup on a later date. I also got several texts reguarding this and even a phone call saying different location and later date. I kept calling down to the location on W. Cross littleton to ask about this and he told me to ignore it and everything was available at correct time and place. What im saying, is uhaul needs to get there act together and stop relying so much on there computer systems. corporate and automated computer system could really screw peoples plans up if they dont get it functioning correct. good old fasion phone call with the nice gentlemen at w. cross littleton worked very smoothlyryan W.

I thought I had rented this truck for the day, when I arrived to pick it up, it was for only four hours. Definitely disappointed about that. It really made our day difficult. I had to make two trips in my pickup truck and my wife had to sit outside the building in the dark with the rest of her products until I returned. Not happy about this!!!Kenneth H.
