No improvements - great location and easy process

Back of truck was dirty, unswept. Exterior needed deep clean wash. Cab was dirty. sticky residue on console. Lout air booming sound when going over 35 mph. Probably failed door or cab to chassis gaskets. Would be very uncomfortable for anything but local driving. We were thankful to get our local work done efficiently with this truck, but it needs serious attention soon.

Give them more milage? I didn't even have enough to get home, Then forced to take it way away to drop it off. Somebody evidently just gave me milage to the place where I dropped it off? Left out my address Completely? Why would I recommend this to anybody?

The Van I rented was very dirty in the back and smelled like fertilizer. I called the location to swap out trucks and they told me they had nothing else available. I was on a time constraint so I had no choice but to use the van. I was told that the owner would be calling be but I never recieved a call. I put blankets down in the back and had to throw them away since they smelled so bad. I've rented from Uhaul before but never experienced this low level of service.

The truck needed a tune up or servicing. It did not break down but definitely a great deal of hesitation with the idling. Other than that, the lady working at the desk was very helpful and had me on the road promptly. Merci

Had 13 miles until empty. Recieved $50 credit. Was told to just bring it back empty so I brought it back almost empty. $50 credit was removed. Called customer service and they stated that the credit was void due to not being returned with a quarter tank and I returned the truck with 1/8th a tank. This is contrary to the explanation that my bill would be credited for bringing the truck back with more fuel than I had started with. Customer service called the drop off location to dispute the fact that I dropped off the truck with more fuel than I picked it up with and said I would recieve a phone call but I never did. I didn't get the $50 credit for the inconvenience of having to immediately go to the has station and I was cheated out of a 1/8th tank of fuel, and it's a very large tank.

Fully set up all pick up questions before you arrive. My phone would not acknowledge my location, because I had not allowed permission in advance. This delayed my pick up. Customer service was very polite on the phone helped me and extended my pick up time

Ideal location, less than a mile from I-75. The lot was well lit, sercurity cameras all over the property. And ideal place to rent Uhaul trucks as well. Great storage facilities and moving equipment.

Unfortunately I don't remember the Agent's name but she was professional, helpful, friendly, very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a standing joke that every time I entered the building her phone would ring nonstop but even then she was pleasant, definitely the epitome of Great Customer Support! Thank you !!!

Your U-Haul web page return site would not work last night. I change to allow location access and still. Tried multiple times to perform return on phone and laptop computer. Terrible process wasted close to an hour. Gave up

We did not know, until we went to load up the truck from a storage in Georgia, that the back rear door was so hard to pull down.. my husband and I are 67 and 63. It took both of us, with everything in us to pull the door down to lock!!! We then had to unload at another storage, again having difficulty to close the rear !! I mentioned this to the lady in the office when I returned the truck, mentioning a discount of some sort to compensate for the problem we had!! She refused saying, she has mentioned this problem to the company, and no one has fixed! It was then, she put the truck out of order!! My husband and I feel we need to be compensated with something due to the place KNOWING the rear door was apparently broken!!

The truck is very old with lots of miles. It was hard to start and there is so much play in the steering system. It made it hard to stay in the lines for a better drive. It's probably ready to be retired. Gas milage was horrible...put more than I usually do when renting a uhaul. It's great to be able to have a truck to rent; but for a long haul I would not rent that truck. The staff were very helpful and kind and I appreciated that.

Inside of the uhaul floor was filthy. Everything that we picked up left black debris all over our hands. We ended up having to hose out the back of the truck before moving anything else. Also, tires should be looked at because the truck did not ride well.

This is not on the particular return location, however, through the booking process, the price changed multiple times, making it very confusing. Next, I had 2 days to return the truck, but I returned it in approximately 5 hours. It would be nice to have a small early return credit since you could rent this out earlier. Also, I returned the vehicle with several gallons more than when I received it. Again, no refund. For $200 plus $100 in fuel for 5 hours, I would have like to have received a little something back. Merci.

The inside of the truck, not cab, had dried mud all over the floor and on the back bumper. We had to clean it before loading our furniture.

Great price and area. The place had a fence all around and the gate was actually closed at all times unlike other places so we loved that. Staff was always really nice too.

Great Facility to store your belongings securely

I rented a 10x20 unit for almost 10 years here. The facility was always gated and well lit. There were employees on site always during business hours and often after. The management was always kind enough to allow me to temporarily park a vehicle in a vacant spot if needed. Management was friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend this place to others as well as use again for storage needs.

We learned AFTERWARDS that even with onsite mgr & cameras they did NOT record nor see anyone cutting the lock and taking my stuff. "Sorry" doesn't replace my things or trust. Cameras alone are usless

Had this unit for approximately 3 years, never had an issue with billing, getting into the unit and it always felt like our belongings were secure in this location. Staff is very courteous and nice.

I moved into the Storage the first week of June 2018. I was given a Contract that was not Signed, or dated. The staff accused me of trying to live in the Storage unit; Ants in Unit.
