David AIn person checkout and night drop return with paper party house was efficient, pleasant. Prior attempt to use U-Haul app for checkout and return was just too cumbersome. Uploads of information and photos just stalled out and added about 40 minutes to my return in a dark parking lot and not the safest location and it was never quite clear if the U-Haul system knew the asset was checked back in.
Michael HWhile the unit was well maintained and the loading area was clean, I thought a little more effort in the cab could have been taken to just take a wet wipe and wipe down the steering wheel, dash and cup holding area. Other than that it was a good experience. Great customer service on both ends. The unit ran out well. It took me just a few minutes to wipe down the inside of cab with a handful of wet wipes. I probably get this practice from my days as a bus driver. I would use and recommend Uhaul to family and friends.
Paul JVery little signage at the address. It was in back of a "Party Store" Representative took no interest in a light problem on a returned trailer.
John PThe Customer Service is really great! Your staff make the check out process simple and easy. It would be really helpful to have an Extra Large UHAUL sign on the road. I tell people a d friends about this location all the time, but they miss it because there arnt any signs on the billboard, except for the "Party place" sign.

Wayne BBe sure the tank is full, a little below full, I returned it with more gas. Other than that a good experience. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

Karen PThis place was great for renting. The U-Haul app is a bit quircky. Just know that when you need to check the boxes that you read the agreement you have to click the link to the documents, scroll to the bottom, click agree and it will automatically check the box for you.

Steven CWhen I arrived to pick up the truck the key was not in the lock box. I had to wait until the paper party house opened to get the key from the cashier who had it in his pocket.
Seamus WPretty bad exhaust leak on the engine of this truck, had to keep a window open because of the fumes. Check engine light was on as well. Truck needs an alignment or tires balanced, very jumpy.

Joe MVan was filthy. Used a container of clorox wipes just so we could sit on the seats. Fuel gauge didn't work properly and the engine rattled loudly all the way to Boston and back. We've rented for many a college move-ins-dirtiest van by far.

chris rRemind customer to walk around and inspect vehicle with provider to note any preexisting conditions as well as confirm gas tank at level statedon paperwork. Perhaps let client upload photos to your site of same. I didn't see your text to do above until I had reached my destination.
cathey wQuick and simple booking. Fast and efficient transaction to get on the road, with friendly and polite staff. As a bonus, one can get to hear the worlds most annoying ring signal from the office phone. Hilarious! Gas station for filling up the tank up is around the corner. Return of vehicle is a breeze, and again a quick and efficient deal.

Lee SI did not realize until after renting it, that the driver side tire of the trailer had a significant center bulge and the tire was cracked along the bulge. I was concerned about a blow out but thankfully made it back safely

allen mMy original reservation was in Windham, Maine then got transferred to another location in Windham then transferred again to a location on Warren Ave, in Portland Maine where there was no assistance at time of pick up. After 45 mins of calls by a friend, we were able to get into t he lock box and retrieve the keys tot he truck. Not a good stat to the Day.
arn hI was quoted a rate of $292 due at pick up with 49 cents a mile. When I picked up the van instead of the $292 a $450 hold was placed on my account. When I returned the van early driving it less miles than I had planned I was told I owe about $440, which I disputed and brought it up with the staff at the rental location. They stated it was because the mileage rate changed from 49 cents to 89 cents and said that didn't seem correct so they directed me to customer service where they could solve the problem. Customer service directed me to a field operations manager who simply sent me an email and said the rate looked correct, and didn't respond to my email about all the inconsistencies in my rental and just pushed the hold through. There as been no attempt to explain how a rental rate can change over the course of a rental or remedy the situation.
