Truck size requested was changed. Dolly and pads were not in the truck at pickup and were not supplied. Gas tank had less than 1/2 of a tank at pickup.

CARL SThey were wonderful and very kind. Vehicle was in great shape and clean. Thank you!
Alyssa PI and several other customers arrived early and waited by the door on the UHaul side of the building. You know the door with the UHaul sign on it. The one with the key drop off box. We watched people show up for work at the Party House, and then we saw locals who knew the deal drive off in U-Haul trucks. Turns out the dispatcher works in the Party House Building. She was very nice, I was a half hour late. I won’t be returning to your shop until you post it correctly. Sorry I did business with you.
james gCheck in process was a little clunky but the van was just what we needed and returning was easy.
