Was not clear on how to get the truck on Saturday when closed. Took over an hour to get the code for the lock box

Mike SipeChange the features in the app. When I reserve something in a specific location, I NEED that specific piece of equipment at that specific location. Transferring to a location that adds 200 miles to my travel is not acceptable (100 mile round trip for me to get to the location, and 100 additional miles on the truck). If you can't guarantee the location/equipment then state that in the app and let me decide next steps.
Jessica AasvedThe location was absolutely fantastic and workable through all the issues that came about. The uhaul customer service messed up my reservation. They have charged me triple of what my reservation initially was supposed to be. There was food in the truck when I initially attempted to pick up the truck. But that was quickly rendered.

James ArrowayWe requested he check the vehicle and he refused. His reply was I don't get paid to do that. We had filled the fuel to over the amount of pick up and then he charged us for 2 gallons of gas. Very poor!

Timothy pigattiThe Uhaul website is terrible. I reserved a 26 ft truck I could pick up in Park Rapids. They emailed back and said I had to pick it up in Bemidji, which would have cost twice as much because of the extra miles. I drove by the Park Rapids Auto and what was sitting out front but a 26 ft truck. I stopped in and the good folks said the Uhaul website does that to them all the time, and that it's best to call the place you want to pick up at to see what is truly available. Lesson learned...

MICHAEL TORKELSONI reserved the truck for pick up in Bemidji, MN but had to go to Park Rapids, MN to pick it up. I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance. There was no excuse why a truck couldn't have been brought to Bemidji, MN for me to use.

Wayne SwansonThe tire was dangerously worn to the fabric, this was probably a manufacturing defect as it only appeared in one spot on the tire. I understand how such an issue could be missed but thankfully I did notice it and had to return to get the tire replaced.

Greg BishopI returned the trailer within the allotted time, but was charged a late fee of $21.87. After TWO calls to the rental location I was assured of a refund by a manager. Nothing so far has been credited to me. Again, I have made TWO calls to resolve this.

Thomas FrostThe drop,off site was closed, and we had to learn how to do a virtual drop off - it was a hassle for which we did not have time to manage. There was an extra charge, and we did not receive an explanation for the additional charges. ( though it was only $19 and some change, and we needed to get someplace else so we accepted it.) I much prefer a drop off to a person.
