Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEasy pick up using the app even though the place was closed. Everything went smooth as can be. The truck was super clean and nearly brand new. Only 1750 miles! My only complaint would be with the corporate policy of not telling me until the night before my reservation exactly which location to pick up my truck. That makes it horribly difficult to plan.
Rik MGreat service. Super friendly. Helped me hook it up and checked for safety twice. I was new to a U-Haul so they were great.
Kelly JMore instructions using truck the stickers are not very helpful at times
Andrea RNice and easy to pick up.
