Joseph HI dropped the trailer within 7 hrs from pick up although I had 2 days. I kept on getting calls from uhal as to why I did not return the trailer- the drop off p ersonal did not log in that they v received the trailer and refused to give me any paperwork acknowledging the return.
Seth Ybasically a gas station that may or may not have a truck available. I stopped by 1 week prior to need and requested a truck. I gave my cellphone number to the clerk who was busy on his cell. NO call back. I stopped the day before and he had not followed up. He called a regional number and arranged for a truck in Liberty. It was convenient for drop off.
