CYNTHIA LWe used the phone pickup. Quick and relatively easy

Daniel LThe pick up and drop off were complicated. Something was wrong with the system and it took forever (not the location’s fault). Somehow, we ended up being charged for equipment we didn’t rent and the safe moves charge that we declined with our initial reservation. I fault U-Haul, not the location. It was removed from our bill, but took a few phone calls.
