Provide parking. You rent a truck and leave your vehicle in the spot freed up by rental. Currently this is not allowed. Curre tly tbeir is NO PARKING on premises for rental customersTHOMAS G.
The van was dirty. Whatever the rebtor was eating prior was all over the front area including the cup holder. If I had the chance to find another rental I would have cancelled. In this pandemic the least the company can do is clean the front area/wipe down. It was truly disgusting.JOHNIA O.

The rental van was dirty on the inside. Seats (driver and passenger) were dirty. The van looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. Had to sweep out the van to get rid of trash and dust. Positive that there was no effort to clean the inside of the van before renting to me.Tyisha B.

Overall friendliness of staff was exceptional. A real plus. Did take care of me when Uhaul Scotch Plains could not complete my reservation. However truck needs front end alignment. Did not drive as well as other trucks. The hand truck had one wheel that would not turn very well.Edward D.

The attendant was not only rude he was very bias. I chose 24/7 truck share which requires my mobile phone. Once I checked in he refused to give me the key even tho I checked in and my reference was called. He called me when I didn't return the truck at 5pm even though I called Uhaul and extended And to add he threatened to call the police on me stating I stole the truck. The services I received was really good, I know that due to covid, the social distancing is necessary, and using the online process is necessary as well, however I feel that if i am doing everything including paying and the only thing that the agents or vendors are doing is providing the truck and equipment, the mileage rates should be lower, subsequently assisting customers with affordable rates, I used my rental for 4 hours in city, drove around the city only and pay 100 $for it, seems to be reasonable, however I do feel that U-Haul being around for so many years can afford to provide an in city flat rate for their rentals, and charge for mileage over the amount of the flat rate. Just my opinion though, everything else was great.BERNADETTE V.

The Mediterranean men in this location have horrible service!!! They are rude to woman and try to get over on the expenses. I returned the car to the location on full and the attendant in store was a complete arrogant aggressive argumentative rude idiot. I WILL NEVER go there again and I definitely will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau, the BBB and FTC. I'm tired of these occurrences and have had enough!!!Christina W.

I had a one-way rental. When I looked at the reservation on-line it showed renting and returning to the same place and a large charge for a 3 day rental. I called U-haul and the representative said in their data base it was a one way rental for the price I expected. This has happened to me before. When I picked up the trailer they had the correct information. Also, during pickup I had to take a picture of my license. I did it with my phone as they suggested for contactless checkin and it did not upload. The agent then did it with his phone and it uploaded. Also, I did on-line check in but at pickup time the agent again asked me where I was going to turn in the trailer. The need to re-enter this information seems to happen on each one-way rental. Agents should have that information and just verify that it is correct instead of just asking if it is Pittsburgh and then suggesting a location.Gardner P.

Very poor customer service. I went to drop off the truck. They told me it wasn't on Full and needed to put gas. However, the tank was on F. I was given so much attitude saying what about the next customer (I have no idea what this even meant). When I received the truck I was told that I am supposed to return it the way in which it was received, which I did, on F. Additionally, I was told to just leave and I won't be getting a receipt. It truly was a nightmare returning the truck. I've never that much attitude given to me ever in life. It was truly the worst experience ever.Karlyncia S.

Very unsatisfied with the drop off location. The employees were rude and unhelpful. The location itself was a gas station with poor amenities, not to mention very dangerous being on the side of a very busy road and trying to drive away with brand new large equipment into on-coming traffic. My experience was terrible, as my equipment was not put on properly and I drove across country unaware how much danger I was in and the danger of those around me on the roadHadley H.
