The app and web experience was pretty terrible - it couldn't recognize my GPS, so it thought I was at the wrong location, the options wouldn't refresh, it would have me start over for no reason. However, the people I spoke with were very friendly and helpful, and the vehicle itself was great.

Dennis BI started at another location on Tuesday and was never told they would be closed after I verified that I would be picking up there. Very unprofessional. I had movers coming so I was desperate and I called uhaul 1- 800 number and so thankful that the girl was able to get me another truck at this location. This location was top notch and very friendly and helpful. My first location was Mail Central on Ridge road in Douglasville. She never once communicated to me that they would be closed. I know now I could do mobile pickup but at the time I found out they were closed I didn't have time I had to find a truck and get there for the movers. Very frustrating no communication from mail central at all.

CARLTON HFirst human contact with U-Haul experience. Had to pay additional money for being 16 miles over. Seems to me U-Haul could pad the mileage a little. Gentleman that checked us in was very polite and did a good job explaining things.

Loistine PThe truck that was provided is 2 seconds from transmission going out. It shook badly when going up a hill. The idle would be on 3-4 rpm when traveling 28 mph. The gears are not shifting. Antifreeze was leaking from the truck and I saw the wetting marking on the ground before we pulled off. I shared my concern with the attendant and he was able to discount me a couple of bucks. Thanks....

Gregory CThe employees were very nice. If it werent for them id have raised some cane.That uhaul truck was the worst thing I have ever driven and we have rented a lot of uhaul trucks. That truck should 100 % not be on the road. A danger to whom ever rents it and everyone around it. The steering was shot imagine driving a 26ft truck loaded down with loose steering. The exhaust leak was nauseating loud and the fumes made you sick. The windshield wipers were falling off. Another challenge for the rain we had. And the hazard light only works intermittently. Also the truck is severely damage on The exterior. I would make them retire this truck.

HOWEVER the woman there at Paulding Storage who helped us turned that around! She was amazing, helpful, thoughtful, funny, just a great overall customer service representative! She turned our day around honestly! Give her a raise!! Uhaul- 4/10 Paulding Storage-20/10!

David SService was friendly, equipment was there. ready to go. Zero issues with the truck. It was mechanically sound, ran and drove fine, ramp worked fine. The only slight issue is the truck had a bit less than 1/4 tank when I picked it up, requiring a gas stop after I left the location. I used this truck to haul some of my arcade games to the Southern Fried Gaming Expo. I will plan to rent again for the event next year.

Gabriel CNothing about the truck was even close to a rental standard. The oil light was on. No washer fluid. The gas tank was empty ( 34 miles to empty) the truck was disgusting. Hadn't been cleaned ever. The was trash in the back of the cab. Not just a wrapped a full taco bell bag from over a month. The wiper blades were both broken. I had to pull over twice because I couldn't see because I couldn't use them. The cab was so nasty they hung 3 airfreshners to cover up the smell. I had to wash my hands when I got home after only driving 4 miles and come back out and scrub the steering wheel. Horrible experience
