I started at another location on Tuesday and was never told they would be closed after I verified that I would be picking up there. Very unprofessional. I had movers coming so I was desperate and I called uhaul 1- 800 number and so thankful that the girl was able to get me another truck at this location. This location was top notch and very friendly and helpful. My first location was Mail Central on Ridge road in Douglasville. She never once communicated to me that they would be closed. I know now I could do mobile pickup but at the time I found out they were closed I didn't have time I had to find a truck and get there for the movers. Very frustrating no communication from mail central at all.

The truck itself needs a lot of maintenance work done drove poorly and ruff. Would not take that truck out of the city anywhere or state.
