Convenient pick up and after hour drop off.
Trayveon LivingstonPlease be more accurate on initial gas gauge reading. Encourage customers to take a photo of the gas reading when they first get into the vehicle.
Keneth OatesI've had all sorts of experiences with Uhaul and will continue to use you guys. I was bummed that the truck I ordered wasn't there at 8 am when I showed up. Neither was the dolly I ordered. I had to make multiple trips in a 10 foot truck which was a bummer.
Christopher KellyBUT: my UHaul app said to go to a smoke shop on Foothill, but they said they don't do UHaul anymore. I checked the last email and went to a Pomona site on Holt. They were closed. I called UHaul and they sent me to a different smoke shop farther East on Foothill. The clerk was very friendly and instructive. He told me I could drop the truck off at any location. But the one 3 blocks from my new home wouldn't accept the vehicle until I spent 10 min on the phone with UHaul to change the drop off location. Then it was quite easy. SO the app must have real time updates and allow drop off site changes easily. I should have gotten an email about the pickup location.

John LynchSomeone stole the gas from the van during the night and I didn't get it with a full tank. I spent extra money to fill the van's tank and returned with extra gas. next time I would like this experience to be better.

Michael ColemanThe attendant getting me the trick was awesome however I left and the check engine light was on Was told I could not get another trick and if it broke down driving through the desert I could call a tire truck. Unacceptable!! Had to call a supervisor and that was another experience. Still waiting on my refund of $177 worth of gas for the first truck! Sending trick which was available at the location was great. Not a good experience at all

Angela WilliamsI was charged a cleaning fee when I returned the truck in the same state I received. I included a photo in my inspection. The van had lots of dirt and debris in the back and I did not clean it up as it was already there when I picked up. It's outrageous that you want a clean van when that is not what I received.

candy olinThe truck I was given was muddy and drove pretty poorly. It was given to me with what said 3/8 of tank of gas. But only a couple of blocks down the road it went below 1/4 and started acting flakey. It didn't even have overdrive so it made highway mileage horrible. A whopping 10 miles to the gallon. It cost more in gas for only 100 miles, than I paid to rent the truck.

Jimmy BrennanWe had a 10:30 pickup for 24hr reservation. We arrived shortly before 11:15 to find that he had given our equipment away already. I use U-Haul often for work and have never seen anything like this, even though we've been significantly later in the past. I know we were not immediately on time but were in the area and could have been there sooner if he would've even called and let us know. We were relying on the equipment for work and had to use a bigger, more expensive vehicle that hindered our operation. The man at return was much more understanding and helped us settle things, but

Adrian WebbThe UHaul App did not work. The person managing the gas station was very good and helpful though. The trucks are parked a bit closely together so it is hard to get out. The gas level was a bit low (only a bit more than a 1/4 tack left
Madeline KavanaghI had ordered a dolly to use, and when I got to the location they said they sold it or rented it out already. So I had to go buy an $80 moving cart, instead of renting the $7 or $10 dolly lol. I haven't received a refund yet. But overall the car was clean, was easy to reserve the van online, and quick pick up and drop off.
Wendy BryantI reserved a 10 foot truck , 10 furniture pads, and a dolly. When I arrive to pick up the truck, I was told they did not have any furniture pads or dollies available. I was told that I would be refunded the $22 for the furniture pads and dolly, and I was not. The $22 charge remains on my credit card. Then I was sent to another location to get furniture pads, and they do not supply furniture pads for one-way rentals.

Seth EisenbergDidn't have the appliance dolly I reserved. Didn't give me my moving blankets. Didn't explain that I would get a text to initiate my rental. Upon return, made a big deal over minor dust in the back of the truck. Claimed I didn't refill enough gas, until I showed them the pictures that I took of the gas gauge. I actually OVER filled it. Didn't believe that I did not rent an appliance dolly or get the moving blankets, despite me explaining what had happened. So I had to wait while the guy called the worker from earlier to confirm that I wasn't lying. Pretty rude, in my opinion. Honestly, they seem like maybe nice people that have been worn down by crappy/dishonest customers -- but I am not a crappy/dishonest customer, so, I didn't appreciate it.
