Make sure customers are taken care of in the order they came in. I got to the store and the uhaul worker wasn't at the store she had to do my reservation over the phone. Finished my reservation over the phone and the cashier had to lock the store to allow me to inspect the truck and get my keys. Customers continued coming in the store so he wasn't able to take me to the truck. About 10-15 minutes passed and another uhaul customer came up the unhaul manager came and took care of the customer that just came in before me. After her was done with the other customer I had to get his attention to come and help me get the keys for my uhaul.Terrence G.
Drop box needs to be more visible or signs should guide you to it. I had technical issues with brake warning lights which delayed my rent and wasted a good 2-3 hours of mine.ahmed S.

The employees do not care about the uhaul side at all. We brought back our uhaul the day it was due at 9 am. They told my husband they would check it in and we would get an email, I went in and made sure and asked if there was some kind of receipt to prove we brought it back and they said no. I called the next day because we still hadn't received an email and they said they would check it in. I asked about them making sure they put it in for yesterday since we brought it in yesterday. They said they know. We get the receipt and we were charged a late fee, because THEY checked it in late. When I called them they told me it wasn't their problem. That it was our fault we brought it in after hours, how is 9 am after hours? The lady was extremely rude on the phone and blew me off. We got charged a late fee because of their laziness.An N.

The reservation process was extremely difficult. Even with a confirmation that all was in order, at the last minute I was informed that none of the moving aids I had ordered were available. It was suggested to me that I call around to other locations to find these supplies ( dollies and furniture pads). That was totally out of the question on the morning of moving day. The entire process was very trying and I hope that I never have to go through this again.Phillip M.
The process to get the keys for the vehicle is a joke. The only email I received said that I need to go to the location and press pick up my truck. When I did I keep getting kicked out of the website. Then I clicked for help. I then tried to call and was disconnected. Then I did a text chat with and agent when wanted me to verify my identity in this empty parking lot. They wanted me to have a lease or a passport with no prior notice. They called my work,which was closed! It was ridiculous and took me almost an hour ti retrieve the keys.Tracy W.
The entire transaction from receiving a call from a disgruntle manager named Ashley to confirm changing my reservation to the hour and a half issue on pick up day was utterly horrible. I have been using Uhaul for years and I will never use again. I would like. Phone call to discuss this experience asap. Love that it's at a gas station. Gas prices are good and people are efficient in returning the truck. Just gas it up park it and give them the key and you're done. Easy and great location.WILLIAM C.

It would be helpful to know in advance that you will be leaving your keys with the gas station cashier instead of a Uhaul employee. The gas station employee was very nice, it was just strange that it wasn't after hours, and there wasn't a Uhaul-affiliated person there. He said that person would come in the next day and take care of everything.Marvin L.

Have an appliance dolly and/or furniture dolly available for the customers to use on 15 ft trucks and larger. People are obviously moving heavy items if they need a bigger truck. On the positive side, I was grateful that this location had 'counter service' on a Sunday.MARIE A.

Online reservations NEED to be in conjunction with ALL locations. This is the second time Uhaul screwed up My reservation and it's no fault of the location but the reservation center that continuously doesn't have the correct information of location. I had a 24/7 share reservation at 8am and when I went to check in to pick up the keys, there was an automated response that said I had to wait for location to open at 9. I was meeting movers at 9 and I ended up having to not only pay an extra hour to them but had to wait for them to leave and do another job and then return to finish my move. This was another EXTREME INCONVENIENCE for me and ended up costing me more than I had wanted to pay. Granted, Uhaul gave me the $50 reservation guarantee credit but that didn't cover extra hour I had to pay OR for my lost time!!! Personally I think they should have offered to pay for entire rental, which was less than $100 and pay for the extra hour I had to pay movers because of their inconsistencies. I had some problems with the lock and I'm still waiting on a call Bc it tried making me pay 195 dollars when I returned it to the locationTyler R.
I reserved a uhaul a month in advance for 10 am and the day of they said I couldn't pick it up until 4 but I was able to pick one up a different one at 10:30 a few miles away. I guess I just don't understand how it works!Julio N.

There is absolutely nothing you can do to improve the Uhaul service at this location. Corrina was absolutely a delight and quite helpful when it came to issues or questions I had. Customer service to verify identity took around an hour. I had to cancel my reservation and start over so that I could get someone to respond to my arrival. Total mobile checkout took 45 minutes with 25 minutes on hold and no answer.JAMES C.

UHAUL is supposed to be a moving company and one would think they would put 100 % effort into making a move less stressful or chaotic for a family. I rented my uhaul, the time was changed the night before, but I had already hired movers so they had to be moved back 2 hours. When I picked up the truck and returned home, the dolly and furniture pads I had paid for were not in the truck so we had to drive all the way back to the uhaul location. My drop off location was somehow changed to an hour in the opposite direction of where I lived or was moving to...not sure how that even happened. I called Uhaul that day and was told "oh the order has been dispatched, you will need to call the other drop off location because I cannot make changes here" I had to call 3 different locations and then decided to just bring the truck back to the location that was on my original order. The service was terrible...a good deal of stress was added to our moving day and for this to be caused by a moving company is absurd.DWANNA W.

Requested materials were not in the truck bed. Was â€œupgradedâ€ to a 20' truck from a 15' truck because, according to the chat representative, that was the only vehicle that was authorized to travel one way. We live on a narrow street which is why we specifically asked for a 15'. We had no advance notice of this change and had no time to consider other places to rent because we were working with movers who were on a specific time schedule. We ended up having to take a 20' truck that we were very uncomfortable driving and that had scratches at the top drivers side panel that we did not notice was unmarked until we returned it. Thank goodness we had protection insurance, but even the person at the location I returned it mentioned how the U-Haul was not cleaned well on the outside (and that it wasn't our fault).Jonathan Ray D.

The location where I picked up the rental was light years worse than the location I dropped off the rental. When I picked up the rental the clerk acted as if she was doing me a favor by renting me a truck at $400 over the price I was quoted. When I dropped off the rental the gentleman went out of his way to help me and asked me about my experience with the company. He wasn't happy when I told him what had happened and advised me to go online and tell them what had happened.Steven B.
