The download process for photos was very slow and did not finish for hours.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe equipment was fine, the location was dirty(many pieces of trash,etc.). Needs a bit of care.
JOHN HThe truck was filthy. Dog hair everywhere in the cab and the back of the truck as well. I reached out to customer service and sent photos. The pickup was awful as well. The mailbox’s with the keys on the fence- I’m too short to see to put the code in and had to ask 2 different people that drove up to go into the gas station to help me put the code into the lock. I won’t be back.
Kathryn SThe place was very dirty and if I wanted to work for U-Haul, then I would put in a job application. I do not want to self check out a truck ever again. The location that we dropped off in Mississippi had someone there to help.
Chelsie JCannot think of anything U-Haul could do differently to make renting their trucks any better. The locations were perfect, the help were very helpful and courteous, the price was reasonable, and the notifications were more than adequate. I loved being able to gas up at the drop-off site! Thanks U-Haul.
