The exterior stairs were completely covered with ice on a 45°angle with NO handrails provided. The gentleman whom greeted me was very polite and friendly. The computer and payment systems took at least 15 mins to boot up before the rep could get me signed in and provide my contract. The trailer was not prepped to go out on rental contract. I had to assist the uhaul rep in getting the tongue unstuck from the ice it was parked in Returning the trailer became it's own little disaster.... The trailer jack is missing from this trailer. Due to the weight of this unit and NO tongue jack, made it impossible for me to disconnect the trailer at the drop off location and being Sunday (and supposedly hassle free self return with the App) the location was closed. I had to go back to my home and pick up a floor jack to use to get the trailer disconnected from my truck. Returned to drop off location, used my floor jack to disconnect this Uhaul trailer, then had 1 heck of a time trying to get my jack out from under the trailer! This independent "Uhaul" dealer/ location is actually someone's house on the side of the highway, they do not seem to care about any customer safety, No hand rail on stairs, they don't shovel the snow off the only customer access stairs/ sidewalk to the office entrance, instead, they let it turn to ice, No sign of sand or salt anywhere in the driveway not parking areas either Overall a Very disappointing for experience from Uhaul. I am accustomed to better experiences with Uhaul from other locations on previous rentals, i sure hope this isn't a sign of what to expect in the future

We've used this location 3 times now and have always had a great experience. It was hard to find the first time because there is not a lot of signage but once you know where it is everything is very simple and easy. Friendly helpful staff onsite.

I arrived to pick up my rental, and had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to open the facility. Then by the time the paperwork was done and I was able to get into the vehicle it was half an hour later then my rental time, yet they wouldn't extend my return time by half an hour!

We've rented from them a few times now and it's been a great experience BUT the first time it was difficult to find as there is not any signage out front and it's operated out of a residential location. Now that we know where it is it's fine but for first time renters it's a bit tricky to find. Service and equipment were great.

Very strange location behind a house. Hard to find and felt uncomfortable being there. The lady greeted us and was very friendly and helpful but otherwise it was sketchy.

Location was difficult to locate not much signage. Must inspect before being rented again. One tire has to be replaced and really was not to helpful on getting it done

Your service was horrible. Rented a truck for 9 am to move. The lady that was running the desk had no idea how to work the payment machine. We tried 7 different cards. She said none of them worked. Turns out her machine was down and didn't no what to do. So after being on the phone with haul getting the run around finally we got the truck at 1:30 . We were hours late moving out .

The self serve pickup on the app took a long time, some pages never loaded and I had to confirm with the agent on site if I was able to take my rental. Returning the vehicle was easier but it still took several attempts to upload the pictures of the vehicle.

Terrible service, I would never recommend UHaul to anybody. It took me 3 hours to be able to use the trailer. Location located an hour away from Vaughan, location was deserted, no UHaul rep to be found, landscaper on site had to call UHaul rep on the phone, trailer pick up schedule for 10 am, I arrived on site at 10 am, it took an hour to get things sorted out in Caledon, and another hour to get home.

Location hard to find. It's a house and no UHAUL sign at the front of the house so you are turning into someone's drive way not knowing if it's an actual business. Lady very nice though but wouldn't recommend Inside the truck and windows dirty

No U-Haul signage for location, residential home also, uncertain it was the correct location. No one on site to pick up the trailer.

Open the office when advertised (9:00). Fix the horrible driveway conditions of holes and mud. Put a sign out front that identifies uHaul, there is nothing. Trailer was dirty with pieces of tree bark throughout. I was charged for some insurance that I didn't want ($8). Overall, not a very good representation of uHaul.

There was no signage to let us know that we had arrived at a Uhaul location. We did not know where to go when we arrived. We also did not realize that this was someone's home, which made the experience a little uncomfortable. When we arrived to pick up the trailer we were about 15 minutes early. We were not happy to be told upon arrival that if we had been 10 minutes later (which would still have been 5 minutes early for our scheduled pickup), we wouldn't have gotten the trailer because someone else was inerested in it.

I rented a 15 foot uHaul on April 14th. The pickup location was U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, 633201 ON-10, Orangeville, ON L9W 5N9. I spoke with uHaul 2 days prior, on April 12th, to confirm the date and time for pickup and location. Upon arrival, they had forgotten to put the keys out for pickup, and I had to drive an additional 8 kilometres south to U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, 20030 Hurontario St, Caledon, ON L7K 1W8 to pickup a rental truck. I was then invoiced for the additional 8 kilometers each way, for a total of 16 kilometers, for the extra distance I had to drive as a result of the error from uHaul. Furthermore, there was 35 miles of fuel mileage left in the tank, and it was only ¼ full when I picked it up, but my receipt shows the vehicle was over ¼ tank full when I picked it up and empty upon return, which is not true. I have been overcharged for fuel usage, and overcharged for mileage resulting from uHaul's error.

The parking area was a complete disaster. There's no sign indicating where the office is. Looked like a regular house from the road, if I didn't see the trucks behind the house, would've thought I was at the wrong place. Owners were pleasant to deal though.

The location Is someone's backyard. Which was a complete mud pit. Trucks are not easy to turn around with junk all over the property without the fear of getting stuck. Program to pick up and drop off went smoothly

First of all there was no sign or number indicating where the place was. There was simply a house with two trucks and a trailer hidden behind it off Hwy 10. When we arrived there, we had to phone (3rd time) to the house and then walk on very uneven ground up a hill to the poles where the key boxes were located. Could definitely be a lot better if there was a sign or street number to locate the place with.

Couldn't get the truck I rented out of the parking lot, and had no other choice but to go with a smaller truck... The whole place looked kinda shady, and will never go again or recommend

This was not the original site I had booked the truck at and was called the day before advising the truck was not available. A bit inconvenient however it worked out.

I had this location very dirty, it is a horrible yard full of puddles and snow where an accident can easily occur. It took me about 1 hour because my car got stuck here and I had to fight a lot to get it out without help from someone there.

The location is a residence and there was snow on the footpaths which made it quite slippery. We were also promised the pick up to be in Mississauga and told afterwards that we had to drive to Caledon to pick up the vehicle. Although we were given additional mileage to compensate for this inconvenience, the vehicle should have been driven to the Mississauga location. Overall experience was below average.

Equipment was covered in snow. He refused to clean it off. The parking lot is horrible, no space to turn around. We needed a adapter to plug in the trailer lights, he didn't have any, so we had to drive the trailer with no lights to the Canadian tire and buy one ourselves. Office is in a bad location, they made me untie and take off my work boots to come through his house so I could sign the rental agreement in the office.

It's a house. The drop off is tight, difficult to turn vehicles around. Full of large sharp rocks, muddy, uneven ground, not staffed, noone there to help.

There is absolutely no signage on the building or roadway. The parking lot is a rocky mud pit. No proper lighting at the back. Double billed for my rental

the truck size they gave me was smaller than what i ordered. I had to go to a second location because the first one didn't set my key up for 24/7 service. Overall my experience was terrible. Not impressed with Uhaul service. Customer support was great but this run around costed me 4 hours

The dolly I reserved was not in the vehicle. As I was using mobile check in/pick up, I couldn't obtain it. Otherwise all was ok.

This was my worse U-Haul experience ever, the only redeeming feature being the lady who drove to the otherwise abandoned location so as to get me another truck.

Business owner is friendly and very nice guy. Then only issue is location facility need big improvement. At lease have hard flat ground surface! Due uneven ground, when the guy release the trailer, it hit to my SUV's bumper and make a mark there. It is not big deal for me. But for sure it was not happy experience.

You change my return location far away in the opposite direction from my home, the original booked location is 15mins away but the changed one is 30minutes away. No one there when I arrive at 4pm, but he came back when I try to drop key to the box.

Remove this location as a uhaul pickup/drop off location. The location is not suitable for parking moving vehicles/ maintaining safe distance from buildings and trees. Rental truck was present upon scheduled arrival but no person was at the location. Called and said they would be there in 15 minutes, but 35 minutes later the staff member came flying into the driveway and had no prepared keys or agreement contract for accessing the truck. Keys were in the Dropbox from a previous customer and the truck was therefore not looked over since the last rental. No dolly available even though reservation agreement noted this, and a follow up call several days prior specified that the equipment would be there, no problems. Please review this location and consider removing the agreement as a uhaul rental location. Lacked any degree of customer service and professionalism, and should not continue to be offered if the staff cannot provide the services necessary.

Steering not that great. Only came with 1/4 tank of gas. Would have been better to be full and return full. Needs new windshield wipers. Online check in process was way too long. Return was good.

For starters this location was someones home, and doesn't have a single sign to identify this is a place of business! The man that answered the door wanted to know why i was knocking, when i stated i was returning a Uhaul he suddenly was nicer and remembered that this was supposed to be a Uhaul location. The local authorities went on our local news last month to report on all the illegal businesses that they have been closing or laying charges against for running illegal commercial enterprises from residential properties. I believe that this location is another improperly zoned property that the land owner is using in a less than legal manner to operate a UHaul franchise from. I believe this is why the man that answered the door told me they had to remove the U Haul signage from the street and building. Further, because there is no signage i overshot the driveway, which was so narrow that from the shoulder of roadway I was barely able to turn in with truck and your trailer. The property itself doesn't have enough driveway or parking space to be able to turn around with and park any trailers without having to drive out onto the grass yard like I had to (this is the area I was instructed to unhook the trailer at). I had to do this as I did not want to reverse onto a 4 lane hwy with a trailer and then back into the driveway to unhook the trailer Felt pretty sketchy
