Love the ACE store that handled my truck and the people that did the paperwork it was easy.

EVAN LI had an awesome experience. The check in associate faced an unusual challenge as the first before me, also had the same last name, spelled the same way!! He figured it out, and then had another hurdle with my check in as the photos wouldn't upload, from his phone or tablet. He never once got flustered and remained calm and professional. 10/10

BARRY FI reserved a car hauler which I have done at least a dozen times from this location. I picked it up at almost 2pm. When I picked it up I was asked if I could have it back in the morning. I drove an hour and a half to pick up a vehicle. I stopped and ate Taco Bell. On the way back I started having symptoms of food poisoning. I had to stop every exit. I finally made it home sometime around midnight. I got up at 11 even though I was still sick and drove to Ace Peninsula hardware. I called the store and told them I was around back. The associate that answered the phone was the same that checked me out and he said "oh your the guy who caused all the chaos around here" and he would be right out. As he approached I tried to explain I was sick and he cut me off and he said again " you caused all kinds of problems and don't come back here to rent again". He unhooked the trailer and said "there". I said "thanks" and he said nothing. I called the store and asked for the manager. I was told his name was Bill Russell. I was on hold the entire 30 minute drive home. My paperwork says return time is 8pm. There are several locations close by me and I've always gone to this one because they are nice. I'll never go back to this location. I'm also going to write a google review. I've already reached out to Ace hardware. He needs to be fired for yelling at me at telling me to never come back. I went once to pick up a car hauler and they didn't have one. I just rescheduled. He didn't even bother to listen to why I couldn't come first thing. He was rude and unprofessional. Please call me if you need any more details.

DIANNA BDriver side sun-visor broken, cab and cargo areas not swept clean from previous renters. Center console had some kind of dried liquid. The vehicle itself with over 106 thousand miles still ran very well. Condition if the steering wheel extremely deteriorated.

Kevin EI was so confused because although I seen U-Haul trucks I was looking for a U-Haul building/office and I did not see one. My reservation was changed to this location, so I was not aware that it was inside of a store. I would also like to take the time to shout out Big D who was our CSR he was amazing and so personable he made the process so smooth.
