I don't know where to comment about the terrible ordeal I had with this move. I reserved a 10' truck for this move. I was told there wasn't one available in my town. But there was one available 40 miles away. So not my favorite option but I said maybe. The possibility of a 15' truck being available in my town existed. Again not my favorite option but I was open. Day before move I receive a call and was told neither truck was available. This caused a lot of upheaval in my trip. Was very frustrated to be told by uhaul manager that reservations are not guaranteed and pick up and drop off locations are preferences again not guaranteed. I felt that customer care and satisfaction are not your priority. Again this had nothing to do with Oenny Pinchers.

I am not happy that U-haul ENCOURAGES customers to use the APP for returning vehicles, but DON'T verbalized to customers that if you do the return via the APP without any help from their staff they will BILL you $20! What a rip off!!! I never got the "contract" via paper, but was sent to my phone and I was already packing it up and on the road!

Swuena HThey said I could use a 1 7/8" hitch ball which was a lie and the trailer became separated. I told them I had no problem purchasing the 2" ball however they said I would be fine. Incredibly negligent also the lights weren't functional. You all should refund my money

Tawny SI was very upset to this location, the hours posted online were no where close to being accurate. I waited over an hour for employees to open but i had no choice to use the drop box. I never feel comfortable to using the drop boxes due to these reasons. All in all I was not happy with Penny-Pinchers Services.

Joseph ZTruck had major issues, he didn't have any pads, and the pads he had were rags and not standard issued U-Haul mattress pads. He is a one man shop and was too busy cashing checks for other customers!

Ray YSketchy location, weird vibe. Not sure what other business is conducted at that location, but it sure was "interesting". Owner berated me for the review I left last time I rented. If I had not been so tired and behind schedule, I would of rented from another dealer. Definetly not your regular Friendly Neighborhood U-haul. Regardless, if you need a uhaul, you can get one here.

Maureen CIf I remember correctly the person who helped me out was a gentleman named Mike, took me to the vehicle and showed me the vehicle inside and out and drove it to the front area for me to drive out. He pointed out the minor damages on the vehicle and told me they already have it noted down and not to worry about it, he also helped me my suggesting I call U-Haul personally and see if they can help me out with my mileage because I gave to go out of my way by 91 miles one way because Gallup New Mexico was the nearest place that rented U-Hauls. And a person from U-Haul changed my contract and added 185 miles to my mileage, which most definitely helped me out, thank you very much U-Haul and thank you very much Mike.
