Was not able to adjust my tow vehicle or guarantee my return location. I rent from perfection Exhaust several times they are always friendly. I just feel like if you are going to rent the equipment you should be able to see everything in the computer and be able to assist customers.
MICHELLE KThis is likely not related to the location itself but the rental form and equipment availability. I reserved a 15' with a ramp, was not available at this location so I was upgraded to a 20', for free, which is fine, but I did not need that much space. Apparently the 15' isn't available in this area... so I should not be able to reserve this truck. Secondly, I reserved an appliance dolly that was not available at this location either, which I was not advised of at all. Again, I was refunded, which is fine. But, if equipment is not available at the location it should not be able to be reserved. Wasted an hour of my rental time trying to solve the dolly issues.

Karl BThe front desk lady at Perfect Exhaust is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Our truck was not available at the time we rented and the lady was ridiculously rude to us about it and complaining about UHAUL. We have a complaint filed and are expecting a call from a U-HAUL Manager.
Rodney BBox truck parked in middle of drive, trailers on both sides. Had to squeeze between the tongues of the trailers and the box truck in order to not block the drive way, drop the trailer, and squeeze around box truck and trailer tongues.

Frank wI feel i was over charged. I paid about $96 at check out and about $ 52 at return and i never got a receipt for the $ 52 in my e-mail.

MONTE CI called to confirm our rental was received and the lady was very helpful. Unlike the Uhaul main office which is a joke.
