The location and service is great. Trying to return it without anyone there was a horrible experience. The website and app wouldn't work. Kept getting a pop up about the location. Took 8 attempts to log in. It wasn't user error, was a system issue. When I would go to kog in, attempt the 2FA the location information would pop up and make me start the process over again. This went on for over 20 minutes. Worst experience ever with trying to return something.

Everything went very smoothly with the drop-off. I couldn't ask for anything better.
David CWas not able to adjust my tow vehicle or guarantee my return location. I rent from perfection Exhaust several times they are always friendly. I just feel like if you are going to rent the equipment you should be able to see everything in the computer and be able to assist customers.
MICHELLE KThis is likely not related to the location itself but the rental form and equipment availability. I reserved a 15' with a ramp, was not available at this location so I was upgraded to a 20', for free, which is fine, but I did not need that much space. Apparently the 15' isn't available in this area... so I should not be able to reserve this truck. Secondly, I reserved an appliance dolly that was not available at this location either, which I was not advised of at all. Again, I was refunded, which is fine. But, if equipment is not available at the location it should not be able to be reserved. Wasted an hour of my rental time trying to solve the dolly issues.
