Can't improve on perfect
Russell SI had perfect service, there's really no need to improve. I give 5 stars all day long ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Russell SVehicle interior was dirty and the agent was not very friendly
Kelley BRamp had no forks to attach it to the upper deck which prevented me from latching on. This prevented me from moving my large safe and refrigerator on Saturday. I believe I should receive compensation for this inconvenience. Pictures are available for reference.

Judy HI stopped in Springville NY to rent a van and the only thing she said was they didn't have one. Then turned me away. The gentleman in Arcade NY was awesome. Went above and beyond. He said he didn't have one but he would request one or help me find one. I ended up booking out of Delevan NY. All the people there were GREAT. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Arcade and Delevan NY uhaul.
PAULA SI filled out the application on line so I could save time and just give them my reservation # but when I got there I had to do it all again and give them my ID and my credit card again so I don't understand why I had to do it twice it was definitely waste of my time and put my a half hour late for what I wanted the truck for
Dawn KI was not physically at the location but: I was charged for fuel after filling the truck to the level I started at. I was not happy about that! They were closed when the truck was left.

David FThe office entrance was not cearly visible when you drive in to the location, but once I found it, everyone was helpful and I picked up my rental in a few minutes with no issues.
Paul RInside the box was very dirty. Let a gap in the gas level so drop off place over charged us. Otherwise this place was good. Uhaul the company was a nightmare to deal with!

Robin MDid not agree with the extra mile charge, since I only went from the pick up location to the first address then to the second location and back to the drop off location and was charged for extra miles used

Edward REngine light was on in truck; Truck was rough running from start until it warmed up. My pickup location was changed from Chaffee, NY to Performance Towing, Delevan, NY without any notification until 10/13/2022 at 2:45PM. I only discovered this by calling Bryon's U Haul to confirm the truck and was told of the change. I never received a prior phone call or email regarding the location change. I inquired with both Bryon's and Performance as to length of rental and was told 24 hours. When I returned vehicle after use, I requested a receipt, discovering I was charged for 2 days rental and insurance. Please note I did ask for a return time and was told I had it for 24 hours by Performance Towing's owner's wife. When pointing out the discrepancy, I was informed by the dealer, it wasn't his problem, he couldn't do anything about it and I needed to call U-Haul's national number. I called your national number, was on hold for 26 minutes and was then connected with Stephanie Smith, who was respectful and considerate. After explaining the above circumstances, she refunded the additional day charges. Also, Ms. Smith informed me my contract was re-written, without my knowledge, prior to this pick-up. In the future, I will cancel any rentals if I have to pick up at Performance Towing, the location is comparable to a junk yard and the owner is less than cooperative.

Kevin SThe only thing I would like to see improved is to have the contactless pickup and dropoff so I could have picked the truck up before business hours to get an earlier start. The place was open by 8 which was alright, but I would have liked to have picked up by 7.
