In my opinion, this was one of the best places I have ever been. Every person there was knowledgeable, kind and attentive. Service was fast and accurate, with a complete explanation of the process that was concise. Would definitely recommend this business.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer had no mechanism to lock the hitch on the ball. There is a spot for a pin to be inserted to prevent the latch on the tongue from popping up and this pin was not provided. The spring loaded mechanism on the trailer tongue causes significant jerking of the vehicle as compared to normal trailer with no spring loaded braking mechanism on the tongue. The inside of the trailer was very dirty with lots of dirt on the floor. It is completely wrong that I have to provide two separate names and phone numbers beside my own to rent a trailer. I don’t have to provide two extra phone numbers to rent a car but I do for a trailer. The only reason you request two extra numbers is to have a list of numbers to sell. I will never use U-Haul again.
rick wShould be able to do all the preliminary check in before going to the pick up location
