BEWARE ⚠️ FIND ANOTHER PLACE Customer service was terrible. Husband and wife duo and both were rude. Truck mile charged at a $1,19 rate, just plain bad. Listen to the reviews now, or be sorry later.

Robert IYour online reservation system sucks. Too tedious an time wasting. Simplify it. Customer picks a truck or trailer for a certain date then puts in zip code. Then system then lists all locations within say 25miles that actually has the item picked available an then cust picks location for pickup. Now justs lists locations closet to cust. Ckicks on it nope not available then has to basically go back an pick another location an on an on. It person who designed ur current system is a moron

Russell SI had issues securing a truck with U haul. I reserved a 20ft truck one way on 5/24/2023 for 5/28 and the day before they changed my location to Lake Nona and didn't reach out. Once I talked to Dedra they mentioned that my reservation was for 5/29 which was incorrect and they almost said they couldn't secure me a rental for 5/28 which is the date I had a reservation for in the first place. We needed up securing one in the 32806 area code for 8:30AM on 5/28 and they failed to have the truck dropped off. We called to notify that customer service failed to notify us of this issue and we drove to a location and they said they had nothing until we could locate a truck located on orange blossom trail which is where we ended up renting a truck at 10:45AM (2 hours after our previous reservation time) we would like our money back since we had to drive all across Orlando and had to wait an extra 2 hours to move and had to add mileage not only to our own cars but the U haul itself which was only a round trip not one way as we had reserved 4 days prior.

Zander KWe have been renting tons of vans from U-haul and this is the very first time I leave a negative review, The lady at the desk was extremely rude, I asked to get the rental agreement from my extension and she did not know how to do it, when I tried to explain her how to do it she was dismissive and hanged up on me after being rude, the equipment was not in good shape and was not clean nor completely full of gasoline, we rented the vehicle on the afternoon of the 29th and was returned on the 1st in the morning, they charged us a whole seven days for only 3 days, we returned the van with more gasoline than given to us and used for three days and she charged us 7 days. we will never come back to this location and we are reconsidering our business rentals with Uhaul due to this very bad experience, we rented over 26 vans on 2022 and spent over $16000 with your company in 2022 counting this account and couple other commercial rentals from us as well from Uhaul not with this account

Carline VI was not satisfied as I made the reservation to pick up the truck at 13301 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando, FL 32837, however when I arrived at the location I was informed that there was no truck available on site. After contacting customer service, they asked me to pick up the truck at another location much further away. I had an extra charge for this. I was really not satisfied. When I booked I read in the rules that the reservation was guaranteed or a $50 refund. For this reason I want to request this refund.

GARY GPicked up the truck with no problems. Mike assisted us when we returned the truck and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. My previous U-Haul experience was not great, but Mike definitely changed my mind :) we'll be back!

OTNIEL GI have waited to do this survey to give the location time to get back to me. I have called, left voice mails, emailed and sent messages. This was the worse experience with Uhaul I have ever had. Besides losing 4 hours of our moving time due to the appliance dolly not being in the truck, I also lost more money by renting one from Home Depot. I live in Deland, we moved my Mom's belongings from Orlando, so I had to return the dolly back to the Orlando Home Dept. Costing me more time and money. This location is very unprofessional and doesn't return calls, emails or messages.
