When you pick up the Uhaul truck it should come with a full tank of gas. That way when you fill it up before returning, you are only paying for the gas you used. The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas when we got it.
It was fast and quick not like the time I moved years ago with all the paper work. She was so customer friendly.

Pay attention to your customer, communicate better, organize things better. Time is valuable more than anything. Your staff likes to chit chat about life rather than getting me out there as soon as possible.
Location under new and poor management. The truck was not ready to go when I arrived. I had to walk around the property to look for the truck because they were too lazy. I don't have a storage unit so I shouldn't have been allowed behind the gates. The truck had damage and cracked mirrors. This can hender the driver's view. Safety should be a priority for a rental truck company.
The van was out of wiper fluid and had a bit of sand in the cargo area but worked perfectly for our move. The employees we worked with were friendly and courteous. We would use this location again.
I have rented from this location before, and my experience has been smooth and stress-free. I would not go anywhere else in Orlando.

The management at personal mini storage were very helpful and great to work with! The u-haul reservation system needs some help in lining up with their vendors as they don't inventory very well what supplies are actually available. You'd be wise to call the storage directly to see what they have!! They were so helpful in fixing u-haul's mistakes!!
Extremely long wait times at pick up address and drop off address was inadequately small.

I ordered a 15' truck weeks ago, after packing our belongings my husband decided we needed a 20'.When we picked up the truck and he inquired about upgrading at the desk, the man who attended to him told him "no, I had ordered a 20. You're good'". When they walked to the truck my husband had said "are you sure that's a 20'? That looks small" The attended swore it was a 20' truck. We learned it WAS a 15' when we returned it, our stuff didn't fit, we lost the labor we had to pack a truck, I had to stay behind due to expecting movers at the new house (who NEVER showed up, hired through your site) and not being comfortable driving a "20'" truck. I needed to rent a trailer and finish packing our stuff all by myself, someone with a compromised immune system had to use the energy saved for unpacking a new home needed to over extend herself by packing a trailer and I HAD TO LEAVE A LOT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE THE ROOM WE WERE TOLD WE HAD because the trailer still wasn't as large as the lost space of the truck, I wasn't able to have the time nor energy needed to completely clean my previous home to ensure receiving my complete security deposit, I arrived 12 hours later than planned, exhausted and unable to start to unpack my new home. All because the desk agent either doesn't know your product or was too lazy to do an upgrade in size for us. Either way he needs retraining, your company's inability to train or hire the right people cost us days of work and several hundred dollars in extra rental equipment and lost security deposit.
I have rented storage here for many years and rent trucks often, the management is great cannot ask for better customer service!

I originally rented equipment at the location 3720 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. When I arrived at my schedule time there was a note on the door saying that “I'm out in the back lot. Come find me†My daughter and I walked up and down a hot and dusty parking lot and storage unit lot yelling for this manager. No one ever showed up. No one answered the phone when I called and left messages. I called the location at 4252 N. Orange Blossom Trail and she was wonderful. She had a replacement van that we needed for that day so we could complete our move. I called U-Haul customer service and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally got to speak to a representative she took my information and then asked me to hold. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up. I have not received any calls from U-Haul. I will never rent from U-Haul again. If I could give the location at 3720 N. Orange Blossom Trail a -5 Star rating I would.
Very easy rental experience! Ashley had me on the road in minutes, and was very friendly and helpful. Will rent from here again and again!
