This was a very pleasant experience. The truck was very clean and had the equipment I needed in it. I was quite pleased to find that U-Haul now has locks included with their trucks. It was very friendly service. Everything was done in a very timely manner. I will be sure to recommend it to family and friends. I will be back the next time I need to rent a U-Haul.

Darin GYou need to walk the customer through the "24/7" process, especially if they have an out of state drivers license. I was not told that I would have to WAKE UP 3 PEOPLE AT 6A.M. ON A SUNDAY MORNING to get them to "vouch" for me. I went to the location a DAY EARLY and the employee did not tell me anything like this would happen. Plus, you have key lockers on the side of the building, no explanation of the process, and at 6 a.m., someone on the phone only tells us to "trust the process". Your process is one of the worst I have seen and I have a consulting company where we help compaines with bad process. We can help you too. Simply informing people of the ridiculous "word lock" thats on the back of the truck would have alleviated a lot of stress.
