Very friendly and knowledgeable service at the counter. Easy to deal with. Only issue… reservation confirmation sent to my text told me drop truck off at wrong location
Jefferson HThey were very slow and didn't know what they were doing. (Although very friendly, suggest more training). We almost missed our pickup time, which would've incurred a monetary penalty! Trailer was parked on an incline. Need a curb or something to keep it from rolling back when unhooking. We used a rock to block the rear wheel. On the upside, this is the first time we've gotten a trailer that was in really great shape!
RON BLet's start from the beginning. When I arrived, the online service would not let me enter for my pick up. Then when I requested a conversation to get help, it wouldn't allow me to submit the question. Also tried on my wife's phone. No success. Went inside the store and they had to resubmit my rental agreement. Then once I was finally finished re doing the agreement, I was told that all the equipment I had reserved online wasn't available! (ie. Moving pads, and furniture dollies) So we did without. Thankfully it was removed from my charges. Not sure what the point of reserving equipment is if the pick up location doesn't supply them. Lost a half hour in my day just trying pick up the truck. Also sounded like the front end of the truck had a loose steering ccomponents. Felt a little unsafe.

Krista Ci thought price was 19.95... i always see that on the signs. kinda pricy... ended up paying $400. Best ting to do would be transparency
Joseph AStaff at the location were friendly and helpful. No issues with the vehicle. The Uhaul website was a disappointment . I registered ahead of time and did the early on line check in. Once I arrived at the pick up location , it took 45 minutes to get my vehicle due to issues with the checkout process that the staff had to complete with me. Very frustrating.
Sue LThe administrative process ordering and picking up the Savanna Van was excellent. Nice and friendly people. BUT, the Savana van was in serious need of maintenance. Throughout the drive, the engine warning light was flashing and a warning tone periodically sounded. The Left Rear tire low air pressure light was flashing and the Traction Control service light was flashing. There appeared to be a need to either balance the tires or check the alignment, as the truck would shudder when accelerating up a hill or driving around 80 km per hour. I pointed out the warning lights to the person from whom I rented and they said it should be OK...so, I proceeded with the rental. Once the cargo van was loaded and driving on county roads, the cargo van felt at times to be unsafe to drive and so I have rated this rental as Poor.
graham pI had a lot of trouble when my son went to pick up truck. I had reserved in his name and submitted his drivers licence online. However, at check in it took him 30 minutes to fix a supposed error I made when I made my reservation. Did not download proper app??? Everything else was smooth and any calls to customer service were answered quickly and to my satisfaction as I had to make some changes.
Michael SProvide better IT equipment to process transactions. I did online check-in but still had to provide all information at the counter.
